Early last month, the artist known as Smiley Culture, died after police officers raided his home, after a tip off for drugs.

The musician, who had hits in the Eighties, is believed to have stabbed himself as police swooped on his home in Warlingham, Surrey.

The 47-year-old, real name David Emmanuel, was due in court after being charged with conspiracy to supply cocaine in September last year.

It is believed he died in the kitchen after police tried to resuscitate him. They were told he stabbed himself while making a cup of tea, despite a number of officers still being in his home, while they performed their drug search. Suffice to say no drugs were found before or after Smiley went to put the kettle on. No doubt brewing a cuppa for the 12 - 15 police who calmly sat on his sofa watching the football, finding a spare coffee table to build a spliff. A spokesman for the Independent Police Complaints Commission confirmed they were now investigating a "death following police contact". Right!!!!

Trying to find the words to explain yet another death of a Black person at the hands of the police escape me right now and whether there is an investigation or not, the outcome will be the same as Ian Tomlinson, Jean Charles de Menezes, Brian Douglas, Joy Gardner right up to last week when Kinglsey Brown lost his life following fatal injuries sustained while in police custody at the hands of the boys in blue.

When will there be justice and equality in the UK for ALL and not this facade of liberty and freedom which causes more harm than good and more damage than Hannibal Lecter in "Silence of the Lambs"?

1. Murder for hire.

2. Terrorist offenses under the Terrorism Act 2000, such as advocating the overthrow of foreign goverments.

3. Treason, specifically inciting acts of war against the Crown, such as the 7/7 bombings

4. Conspiracy.

I'm sure there are more but that is enough to be getting on with, now who in the Police force is willing to investigate and send a file with all the evidence to the CPS and who in the CPS is willing to prosecute?

Dilemma Dilemma, what is a man supposed to do?

With sun finally shining, the new contract going well, it's that time to start look around for this year's new whip.

There is no problem with the Merc Cab, but it's always been a dream of mine to own and floss around in a Porsche Boxster and before the grey hairs are in full effect and grecian 2011 cries at me that it's no longer worth it, something needs to give.

But you see, this year should also see another wedding other than Kate and one of the prince's after I finally proposed to the missus late last year after... well let's just say a long time. And with an imminent wedding on the horizon, caterers snapping at our heels for confirmation and the Branson island in Necker, available at the end of August for a knock down cost you can imagine the ear-ache/discussion's I am receiving at home, to nail down a date.

However a man cannot stop wanting his toys and while most women, cannot understand the logic behind a metal contraption on wheels, albeit with convertible roof, leather interior, 3.2 super charged engine, heated seats and looks that make Beyonce, think twice about 'putting a ring on it' and sing a song about filling up with unleaded petrol, most of my male friends are wondering when I will be purchasing the car mats and what colour.

I want to do the right thing and sometimes what we men think in pleasing wifey in fact has the opposite effect. These opportunities do not come along that often whereby as Prince William has found out, there will always be a Church offering discount and a reception hall willing to cater for up to 100 guests at a short notice, where you can bring your own patties, vimto drinks and knock off coleslaw, purchased by the tub.

Tony Blair seeks Knighthood - oh my Gosh....

I couldn't believe it myself, whilst returning from this year's Gadget Show event, up in Birmingham, listening to LBC on a nice Sunny afternoon, when I heard the Queen's hierarchy were actually debating whether to offer this war-monger the said-to-be pinnacle of British establishment: that of a Knighthood. Although it does not surprise me, the fact that a man who took the country into an illegal war, which has claimed the lives of close to two million people should be rewarded with such a title, leads to believe one can somehow be rewarded in this manner and that the number of lap dancing clubs one has visited has no bearing on the outcome of the title. Forget about the M.B.E or Lord tspoonfr, head straight for the top and claim the knight of the realm and go down in history instead of going down somewhere else.

This tops Barack Obama who was given a Nobel peace prize back in 2009, while in the midst of two wars and the loss of countless innocent victims. But then again Mr O is far from finished and I expect another invasion or two in the not too distant future. Idle hands seek trouble, my Mum used to say.

So what has Bliar done to warrant such an accolade one can only presume? What social enhancements has Tony accomplished to even be mentioned in her Maj's presence or was the standard donation to Prince Philip Alzheimer's fund sufficient enough entry to be considered serious enough to start introducing this maverick as Sir Anthony Blair?

For a man who not only opened the floodgates of the British border, more or less took the key and threw it into the Channel this is a further step to the direction of total dictatorship. For once he bequests the mantle of Sir, once can only surmise that England will be renamed Tonyland and only people who were allowed entry to the UK under his leadership will be allocated the vote.

Stop blaming the immigrants for all our ills

Labour, Conservative, Lib Dem - what's the difference? None. As they all live in bigger houses and have their children go to better school's than yours. They'll also not worry about their pension when that end date arrives.

It's the public's fault for playing this stupid game of electoral voting. I have no sympathy for the electorate. Long gone are the days of Democracy in the UK - maybe as far back as 1945. And if you think a change of Government will make any difference, then you deserve all you get for your naivety. I am aged 48, never ever voted, no intention of voting and neither do I complain. I am blessed with a lovely lifestyle and loving family. Maybe people should start questioning the corruption and deceit of all the politicians, regardless of party, rather than the easy option of picking on defenceless immigrants, who's cuisine's you all enjoy, but would prefer to keep at arm's distance.

The immigrants did not get the UK involved into 3 wars which put a drain on society. The immigrants did not steal the money from the Banks. The immigrants did not force up the house prices with their greed. How many CEO's or Chief Execs are there that are immigrants? But then again when something goes wrong, it surely can't be us British people as WE live in a Democratic society that is the blue print for the rest of the world to follow. Utter nonsense. Wake up and smell the cappuccino.

I wonder how many people know the difference between a Hindhu, Muslim, Buddhist or Sikh never-mind who is an immigrant or who has the right to live here. This is more to do with a fraction of the public who have very little empathy, wishing to return to their Anglo Saxon way of life in Britain, with the Krays running around enforcing their version of law and order and Starsky & Hutch back on BBC TV before Match of the Day started. The world has long moved on, whether for the better or the worse, but it has moved. Ignorance needs to move along too. There are more paedophilia's living in UK than Muslim women who wear Burka's.

If you want someone to blame, blame the electorate who time and time again vote for such imbeciles, as Blair, Cameron, Clegg, Major, Harold Wilson, Thatcher, Anthony Eden, James Callaghan, Clement Atlee, Alec Douglas-Home. What makes you think that the next Prime Minister will do any different?

If you wish to claim multiculturalism then that involves more than having Lenny Henry on TV and a few unsavoury characters in Eastenders. Engage in dialect with someone of a different race, religion creed, sexuality and refrain from walking around blinkered with the mindset of an ant.

Oh poor Rory....

Poor young Rory Mac. I felt for him for about 2 minutes yesterday, then jumped up and said 'Bitch'. Don't get me wrong he played great for 3 days until the pressure reach but I love Tiger and the fact he indulges in similar sexual fantasies to myself my respect for him has gone colossal. And when TW is in contention then I start doing voodoo on the other golfers in the hope they do a 'Greg Norman'.

The golf displayed last night was great entertainment and shows again why this is the the greatest and most difficult of sports played on the planet. It had drama, excitement, courage and more leadership changes than a night at the local Labour Town Hall. As a semi-expert in this game I knew it was far from over for the boy with the Michael Jackson afro. Although 4 shots ahead entering the final day, I have witnessed enough last day blow-outs to know the pack were chasing. And in that pack included Tiger.

Woods was -2 after three holes and he had that bounce in his step that was last seen coming out of the lap dancing club in Los Angeles, more than eighteen months ago. And when Tiger is on the march, you better watch out. He is like Tyson in his prime. Kobe Bryant seeking a championship ring. Or Ronaldo when he was at Barcelona before the nightclubs and threesomes took over. I was praying for Tiger not to draw the driver out of his bag, as this is his nemesis. But I could not get a tweet to him quick enough and low and behold, with adrenalin pumping after another birdie, whoosh, Woods was in the trees.

But nothing could prepare me for what I was to witness with Rory Mac. His drive on 11, was similar to mine at the local course, before knee surgery and sexual gratification put an end to my illustrious career with the irons and green grass. I thought wow or more to the point "What the f**k was that?" to see Mac standing between two log cabin houses as though he were waiting for someone to invite him in for coffee. He followed this with a triple bogey from no more than 10 feet whereas at that point someone should have ran up to him and give him a hug. One of those hugs a parent gives to their child. I have no idea what happened to him after this, as the BBC so full of praise at the start of the show, decided they could not waste video footage to follow him around any longer.

Tiger birdied the 16th when it should have been an eagle and I felt his tournament slip away, like the porn star actress he was practising oral liaisons with two years ago. But he will be back I have no doubt. As for Rory Mac, he will need some soul searching before he enters the public domain once again. He is young. We all had a f**ked up afro and then grew up and I feel this will happen to him. Hopefully it will happen before the next major, because you do not wish for the little Irish boy to follow Tiger's path and start visit certain club in Dublin.

I'm back, like Arnie. I know it's been a while, but when you are raising children, have mountains of domestic work to fulfil, a job to uphold and a backlog to porn to catch up with, it's not easy to put pen to paper. Or in the world of blogging, let my fingers find a keyboard.

So much has happened since we were last together. Barack Obama is still leader of Bad Boy U.S. , playing his part in the live reality of the 'Black & White Minstral' show with great vigour. I'm sure when little George was running tings, he was only involved with one war at a time. Just goes to show how Black man can floss. Three wars at the same time. Man. Ooops there is no actual war against Libya, its just an air invasion. Silly me. Give that man another Nobel Peace Prize.

Then we have the demise of Tiger Woods for indulging in fantasies many of us have not even dreamt yet. What can be Mrs Woods' problem? Is there no jaffa cakes in the cupboard? Does she require another pair of Jimmy Choo shoes? Or should Tiger give up attending Lap Dancing Clubs on a Tuesday, as that is the night he needs to be home, chatting foolishness, filling up the dish washer or planning the next boring Dinner Party? Tiger, I know how you feel bro......

In my absence Liverpool (my football team) have employed a new manager and then sacked him and employed another. This not only gives a bad name to prostitution but makes us the laughing stock of the football world. Now King Kenny is in charge I hope there is some stability at the club for the forseeable otherwise Rafa Benny may make a comeback and the rise in suicides on Merseyside will treble.

For those in the know, I have given up one of my favourite pastimes: Indulging in the chronic, indica, sensimillia, weed, spliff after 25 years useful service. Not only do I believe I deserve a pension but a pair of gold cuff-links and tie clip would not go a miss. I have now become one of those Hovis Cloth cap boring people that live in Burnley, whom I used to disdain but now admire from afar. Bear with me while I try to find myself, last seen back when Charlie used to take Diana around the back of the bike shed's and Love Thy Neighbour was considered prime time viewing.

News of the World - Apology not accepted !!!

Following the debacle of the NotW and it's phone tapping scandal, the newspaper have now issued an apology which means the matter can be laid to rest. Not !!

The only reason the Scandal paper came out with an apology which amounted to being caught again in the biscuit barrel when wifey says 'only one biscuit per day', was that they had no more lies to tell or could no longer be bothered explaining the need to tap people's mobile phones seeking crimes not committed by politicians who engage in fetishes which would not be out of place on the Adult Channel (903). They somehow want you to believe it is in the National's interest to fathom out what Andy Gray had for dinner the previous night or can Mystic Meg forsee you winning that week's Bingo and walking off with £50.

The owner of the tabloid, Mr Rupert Murdoch with his status of upper-upper-super-upper class is so out of touch with any sense of realism, that he has far more important engagements than to become embroiled with mere mortals seeking condemnation for criminal activities produced by his editors and journalists on his behalf.

The only real shock within the journalism sphere, to which I am proud to be a member, is that there are not more publications found wanting when it comes to under-hand activities such as this. Long has been my stance that we no longer live in a democracy that to me these situations are no longer shocking. What was shocking was that they called a press-conference to apologise. It's a bit like a mass murderer being caught after the 16th body has been found, putting his hands and saying sorry, because the victim was asking for it.

Until we go back to independent journalism which gives a balanced view of events, I expect to see more and more of these scandals.

Question of Palestine

I have been following the Israel/Palestine issue for the past few years, as I like to get the full picture rather than watch SKY News and their biased reporting. In a nutshell for people who do not read the Times or Guardian 60 years ago there was no country called Israel, but there was a piece of holy land called Lebanon, where Jesus was born and many historic events have occurred during the past two thousand odd years. Lebanon was considered a holy place and lived in peace by all faith's and denominations. All religions had lived side by side in tranquilly and peace until 1917 when the British (had to be) by the name of Arthur James Balfour declared Lebanon the place where Israeli Jew's could settle. This was done without any discussion with the local Palestinian people, who woke up to find new settler's and much of their land gone. Over the past forty years Israel has extended it's paws so brutally that the United Nations has on a number of occasions issued declarations warning Israel to behave and stop its endless bombing of their neighbour's. Today the people are more like refugees in their own land which now is about the size of a football pitch has been the increase of Israel's land mass over the past half century. You see Israel can carry on like Tyson because they are backed by the US with all the arms and weapons it needs to keep the little Palestinian man at bay. They show no compassion for a people so limited in resources that David Beckham and family have more underwear than these people. And not only that but the lack of respect they show in the holiest of holy land's is disgusting. A few weeks back in one of Israel numerous attacks against the 'pea-shooter's' of Palestine, they bombed the actual church where Mary had Jesus. Fe real! The nativity stable where man was born was blown into a million pieces, while certain men was playing cowboys and Indians. And yet no church man stood up to defend the bombing, the damage or the endless attacks on a people who's birthright was that land.

Every norm of civilized behavior and international law was violated including the Geneva Conventions prohibition of acts of revenge against civilian populations. Israel kept the borders of Gaza sealed, and would not even allow the population to flee and save their lives. That they are held virtually blameless by the U.S. corporate media – Israel sycophants of the lowest order. Now members of the Israeli Defense Force themselves are coming forward to admit that they committed war crimes – but the mainstream press is censoring their confessions! Even when Israeli soldiers openly testify to committing murder in Gaza, as reported by the Israeli press, the U.S. corporate media keeps the people of this country ignorant of the crimes against humanity bankrolled by American taxpayers.

From what I gathered so far, Palestine is seen by the Jews as once belonging to them. For many many years it has been Islamic however. In 1948, a plan was devised to create two states. One Arab and one Jewish. The Jews agreed, Islamic people did not (and to be fair they had every right). But the UN still saw that the Jewish community was too big to not have it's own land, and where better to place them that their claimed holy land. A war soon broke out, separating Palestine. West Bank fell to Jordan, whilst Gaza Strip went to Egypt. To this day, Palestinian Arabs are furious with Israel actually existing and Israel are still trying to defend their right to stay. This time Israel have attacked the Gaza strip in an attempt to stop the rocket attacks by Hamas on southern Israel. However, Israel had put up barriers and blocked Gaza from around November time. You will find it hard to agree with one side if you are unbiased, and the only way you can chose who is wrong is by going back 60 years. Israel should never have been created, and the only defence for this is religious ones. So unless you are Jewish yourself, you might agree there was no right for Israel to declare independence.

Palestinians are showing how strong they are by even still living. Think of it, they hardly have any electricity per day, no food is coming into the city, no clean water, no medical aid, and Israelis are launching bombs every 2 hours at places where they think Hamas has weapons. Yet Hamas continues to defend themselves, and all that is happening is children and innocent civilians are dying. Did Israelis hit the right target? they only killed 1 Hamas leader out of the 500 killed and over 1700 injured. Basically they're living in a closed room. Nothing coming in or out. People are just dying, and why do Israelis think they have the right over the land? its as much holy to Muslims as it is to Jewish people and Christians.

Demonstrations against Israel’s slaughter in Gaza have been are taking place in every major city in the United States and throughout the world. People of conscience are standing up and speaking out…. but where are their governments? There have been a few ‘verbal condemnations’ but no action whatsoever. Where is the UN? Where is the EU?? We all know where President puppet Obama is, he’s out playing with his golf balls today, with Michelle trying her hand at being the new 'Charlie Dimmock'. Are they all afraid to speak out against these atrocities? Is Obama afraid that by doing so the ‘charges’ against him being a Muslim might pop up again? And what about the leaders of the Arab world? Even those that do not recognise Israel have been silent….. what’s that all about??

The United and the UK are Israeli government’s only friend's in the world. While boycotts and protests against Israel are carried out all over the globe, concerned Americans are silenced because the corporate media and the political system have turned their country into Israel’s colony. All goods made in Israel must be boycotted. All companies having dealings with Israel must be boycotted. Israel must be completely isolated, only then will it realise that it cannot continue in this zioholocaust they have created. Only you can make this a reality.

Israel does not want peace. The US does not want peace. War means profits for the MIC. And they want war for as long as possible. Israel must be removed from the United Nations. It has proven umpteen times that it has no regard for that body by rejecting every resolution ever passed against them.

But if you are in favor of the UN then take a look at all the UN resolutions that Israel ignores. The UN is meaningless when the US can use it's veto to knock down whatever it wants and even when it doesn't the resolutions are never enforced anyway. Thus the only things enforced are whatever the US agrees with making the international body just a whipping-boy and a face to try and legitimize US imperialism.

Piracy, piracy ... nothing but bloody pirates

Can we not get away from these pirate stories flaunting the airwaves at the moment? if it's not the Somalian Bad Boys showing the International world that they will not be used as a toxic dumping ground, or the new Porn Channel on 928 called "Bondage Pirates" we now have the Swedish courts, sentencing the founders of Pirate Bay, a torrent site, for illegal copyright infringement, on the basis they were accountable for sharing millions of free music and movies to their users. For the uneducated this is akin to paying for hardcore porn on the internet in 2009. I mean whatever next? Are we to go back to buying top-shelf magazines, with a video attached on the cover?

Basically I have it from good sources that you log into one of millions of torrents sites freely available, search for a movie such as "X Men" or "Sex and The City" and simply click download, to be able to get that movie or the latest Justin Timberlake album to your PC. It's so simple, I know someone of someone, who's 6 year old daughter can download "Dora Explorer" and "The Sarah Jane Adventures" with no trouble and at the same time try to bribe their parents for extra TV viewing time.

You may ask what is tspoonfr's view on downloading and the ability to take something for free. (tee hee) Well of course morally speaking, stealing and taking possessions of goods and services which do not belong to you or you have not paid for is against some kind of law, depends who implements the law. However, where I come from on the streets of South London, taking what does not belong to you takes on an entirely different connotation.

My personal viewpoint is that I have over the previous 25 years spent a considerable amount of money on going to the cinema to watch that 'blockbuster' only to be disappointed that I was unable to smoke my weed or drink a lager while relaxing. I have spent even more buying crap music and CD's by artists such as Vanilla Ice or Boyz II Men. (Don't ask !!) In fact I not only believe in downloading new movies, documentaries, current affairs, music albums and top quality porn (the amateur home made section is particularly a favourite of mine) but you should abandon your S*Y viewing card and simply "stream" your live shows such as football, cricket, motor racing etc... and download TV shows such as 'Ender and 'Ant & Dec'. I would under normal circumstances publish such links here for the benefit of readers but during the present climate, with the Internet police in full force, I will refrain from posting the links on this blog, but should you email me, I will comply with a full list of sporting and sexual links for a nominal fee.

Don't be alarmed by this viewpoint as you already pay a provider for internet coverage and that should be sufficient. 95% of housewives wanted their husband's to take them for a Chinese Meal instead of paying £45 per month to Mr Murdoch, when I informed them that ALL the football matches are free of charge. Don't get me wrong, I understand artists should be rewarded for their work and if I were in such a position...blah blah.. But I am at the stage where I have had enough of artists like Beyonce and people from "Britain's Got Talent" releasing crap song after crap song and expecting the public to spend up to £4 on a song they spent all of 15 mins writing, recording and singing.

It's the same with movies. If a Denzil Washington or Spike Lee movie is any good, has drama, a good plot and story line and subjects the viewer to 2 hours of 'take you mind away' solid characterisation then the cinema will be jammed. However if the movie is anything but, no solid action or great dialogue, you can expect to see the black man at the movies, like Paris Hilton at the Million Man March.

The argument should be against crap movies, rubbish actor's and scripts, not against defenseless people who have the insufficient funds or resources to mount any successful defence against a corrupt and one-sided entertainment industry. All this fuss over a file, which you can delete, just like a word document.

When is torture ... Torture

I n the late 50's and early 60's there was a gang of villian's who controlled the whole of London using tactics known as torture. These ranged from extracting toe-nails with pliers, gouging of eyes, sleep deprivation and water torture. That gang was known as the Krays, who went on to notoriety as Britain's infamous Twins, who eventually died while serving the rest of their lives behind bars for the crimes they committed.

This sounds very familar to the crimes outlined by Human rights groups such as Amnesty International and the Center for Constitutional Rights have been outspoken in their criticism, while monitoring the complaints and leaked photographs from Guantanamo Bay and Abu Ghraib. A quote from Amnesty International "The release of CIA memos on interrogation methods by the US Department of Justice appears to have offered a get-out-of-jail-free card to people involved in torture," says it all.

It is not surprising that Barak Obama failed to apportion any blame at the hands of the previous leaders: merrsers Bush, Cheney et al, but that he did so - in a way as to completely overlook that main point; that torture against prisoners of war never mind innocent victims, the CIA and Intelligent Services believe responsible in terrorist activities breaches all constitution of the Third Geneva Convention "relative to the Treatment of Prisoners of War".

In the documentary film Ghosts of Abu Ghraib, John Yoo says that though he doesn't think the Geneva Conventions covered Abu Ghraib, he believes the soldiers and their commanding officers felt the techniques used fell within the Conventions. The abuses at Abu Ghraib occurred in the immediate aftermath of a decision by Rumsfeld to step up the hunt for "actionable intelligence" among Iraqi prisoners. The general who oversaw intelligence gathering at GITMO was brought in to overhaul interrogation practices in Iraq, and teams of interrogators from GITMO were sent to Abu Ghraib. The commanding general in Iraq issued orders to "manipulate an internee's emotions and weaknesses." Military police were ordered by military intelligence to "set physical and mental conditions for favorable interrogation of witnesses." instill fear. As the CIA agents are off the hook, it didn't take long for the military to prosecute military policemen Graner, England and Frederick who were found guilty for their acts at Abu Ghraib. It was at this point, that allegations by prisoners were suddenly taken serious by International lawyers, which basically came to a abrupt conclusion this week when Barak Obama released his statement exhonorating any blame of the C.I.A. or the "Infamous 5" of Bush, Cheney, Rumsfield, Powell and Rice. If only the Kray twins had been so lucky.....

The memos released last week would be comical if they weren't so tragic about the level of legal hairsplitting. In the case of Abu Zubaydah, the Justice Department lawyer instructed that as long as the CIA did not tell him anything about the insect, and the insect was non-stinging, "the insect's placement in the box would not constitute a threat of severe physical pain or suffering to a reasonable person in his position." Just how a lawyer sitting in his office in Washington, D.C., would know what a "reasonable person in his position" might think is unclear.

There clearly needs to be a torture investigation; personally, I'd prefer that it be led by an independent prosecutor at this point. I think there is more than enough proof that laws were broken, and we need accountability in Government and High Office.

Barak Obama's failure to prosecute any of the CIA members responsible for, God knows how many deaths in their pursuit for 'War on Terror' stating that they cannot be held accountable while acting under orders from supervisors no longer in a position of power is tantamount to letting Charles Manson free on the claim that he is heterosexual. Obama's refusal to hold accountable those responsible for the wrongs so evident from the memos is unacceptable. A child would recognise these tactics as cruel and inhumane. After eight years without transparency or accountability, Mr. Obama promised the American people and the world both. Another choice of fancy words without much substance, full of trickery and disguise but nothing more than a famous burger, without relish.

Another Policeman found acting as Rambo

Following the G20 Protest March in London on 1 April, the death of a 47 year old, Ian Tomlinson has again brought to the public, the cock-ups, the tactics and overall leadership of the Metropolitan police force. Even the head of the police complaints watchdog is calling for a national debate on how officers maintain public order after revealing nearly 90 complaints had been received about the use of force at the G20 protests. This on the back of a bad 12 months for the police following on from the setup where the police arrested shadow immigration minister Damian Green. Mr Green was arrested, held for nine hours and had his two homes and offices searched by police investigating alleged leaks from the Home Office. This turned out weeks later to be illegal and unlawful with the new Police commissioner actually visiting the property to arrest Mr Green without a warrant.

This came following the resignation of Ian Blair, the ex Police Commissioner who faced criticism over the racism row involving the Met's most senior Asian officer Tarique Ghaffur and the Police Authority auditors who are in the process of examining Scotland Yard contracts given to consultancy firm Impact Plus, run by a friend of Ian Blair. This on the back of a damming report by the MPA (Met Police Authority) over the handling of information by Sir Ian Blair in the killing of Jean Charles De Menzes, in which he was heavily critised.

So what is the message sent from the streets of London by the "boys in blue" delivered with their baton's and CS Gas, which brought an end to the life of yet another innocent man? In a country which prides itself on truth, justice and equality for all. In a country which brags about sending its troops into other countries under the banner of 'Democracy' to instill peace. In a country which has seen more deaths at the hands of the police over the past ten years than the previous century, we can expect to see MORE of this behaviour, with the only surprise that so far only one death has be brought the attention of the public. And how the police tried to surpress that footage. I don't expect to see justice performed. I don't hold out much hope for the policeman in question to be demoted. There's even less of a chance that he will lose his pension or benefits. Without justice there can be no democracy. And without democracy there can be no peace. And without peace, the people will never relax nor forget, nor stop fighting for their rights as a human being........

NBA Playoffs

Yes, its the start of the Basketball playoffs in America. After an exhausting 82 game regular season we are down to the final 16 teams who will battle it out over the coming 2 months for a place in the 7 game final, commencing in May.

Reigning champions Boston Celtics remain the team to beat, with my team, LA Lakers, hot on their heels for that prestigious title and more important bragging rights in the RnB Clubs across the country.

Other teams to fear this year, will be Chicago Bulls, with their 2 British players (big up Ben Gordon and Luol Deng), San Antonia Spurs, with Tim Duncan and local French favourite Tony Parker. Others to watch out for will be the best team over the season, and with the coach of the year, Cleveland Browns and Lebron James.

I fully expect 'buzzer beater' finishes in most of the games, with the divisional championships bringing out the best of what the NBA is about.

If you have noticed the reduction in blogs posted over the past week, I must apologise to my faithful readers and offer an explanation. No, I have not been inducted by the weed aliens and shipped the the planet 'Sativa'. No, I have not been held hostage in Guantanamo Bay or wherever Barak Obama allegedly keeps those citizens who do not agree with his policies, ooops I mean fundamental terrorists who are against democracy and will not stop and intend on turning the entire globe into Muslims. And no, I have not landed the Assistant position at Liverpool F.C. in the run up to the Premiership title.

I understand there has been a lot in the news recently, what with the murder, ooops again, the alleged and unlawful killing of the G20 protester who died last week. Also in the news has been the hijacking of a plane in Jamaica on Monday. You knew the story was not serious when the hijacker demanded a reduction in the price of weed, back in line with inflation. There's a piece I have been writing about Political prisoner Mumia Abu Jamal, currently held on Death Row in Philadephia, who has had his latest appeal overturned by the supreme court. Also ongoing in the news is the latest UN debacle surrounding the Racism conference taking place in Geneva, Switzerland, where Israel, of all countries is considering boycotting the event if they feel other countries are being racist towards them. When I pick myself up from the laughter I'll make a comment, against the Nation who recently installed Benjamin Netanyahu, as president, yes the same man who said 9/11 was good for Israel. More on Israel in a subsequent blog.

And finally the decision to sentence the owners of Pirate Bay for - what I am not exactly sure. Whatever next? will we need to pay for online porn and what about the performers in those sex video's? Will we start to see a series of counter claim's against owners who have a vast collection of those 45 minute special's on their hard-drive's? Obama exempts CIA 'torture' staff - suprise suprise

Torture may be worse now in Iraq than under former leader Saddam Hussein, the UN's chief anti-torture expert says.

Manfred Nowak said the situation in Iraq was "out of control", with abuses being committed by security forces, militia groups and anti-US insurgents.

Bodies found in the Baghdad morgue "often bear signs of severe torture", said the human rights office of the UN Assistance Mission in Iraq in a report.

The wounds confirmed reports given by refugees from Iraq, Mr Nowak said.

He told journalists at a briefing in Geneva that he had yet to visit Iraq, but he was able to base his information on autopsies and interviews with Iraqis in neighbouring Jordan.

"What most people tell you is that the situation as far as torture is concerned now in Iraq is totally out of hand," the Austrian law professor said.

"The situation is so bad many people say it is worse than it has been in the times of Saddam Hussein," he added.

Brutal methods

The UN report says detainees' bodies often show signs of beating using electrical cables, wounds in heads and genitals, broken legs and hands, electric and cigarette burns.

Bodies found at the Baghdad mortuary "often bear signs of severe torture including acid-induced injuries and burns caused by chemical substances".

Many bodies have missing skin, broken bones, back, hands and legs, missing eyes, missing teeth and wounds caused by power drills or nails, the UN report says.

Victims come from prisons run by US-led multinational forces as well as by the ministries of interior and defence and private militias, the report said.

The most brutal torture methods were employed by private militias, Mr Nowak told journalists.

The report also says the frequency of sectarian bloodletting means bodies are often found which "bear signs indicating that the victims have been brutally tortured before their extra-judicial execution".

It concludes that torture threatens "the very fabric of the country" as victims exact their own revenge and fuel further violence.

Mr Nowak said he would like to visit Iraq in person, but the current situation would not allow him to prepare an accurate report, because it would not be safe to leave Baghdad's heavily guarded Green Zone where the Iraqi government and US leadership are situated.

1500 Indians commit suicide and no news - Wow !!!

Lat night, it was found that in the midst of the current elections in India up to 1500 local farmers in the state of Chattisgarh committed suicide after protesting against the recent crop failures and an inability by the Government to end the crises.

Mr Sahu lives in a district that recorded 206 farmer suicides last year. Police records for the district add that many deaths occur due to debt and economic distress.

In another village nearby, Beturam Salim, who owned two acres of land was among those who committed suicide. His crop is yet to be harvested, but his son Lakhnu left to take up a job as a manual labourer. His family must repay a debt of £400 and the crop this year is poor. "The crop is so bad this year that we will not even be able to save any seeds," said Lakhnu's friend Santosh. "There were no rains at all."

This is well said, but the other comments about corruption ring true and loud. The national and local politicians are all corrupt, as are the factories moving into the fields, forcing farmers out. The problems are deep, and growing. Nothing happens without bribing someone.

This is one of the most ironic stories out of India. You have to spend some time there to see how religion has deprived the entire society of what we in the West would call progress. Their government is corrupt; nepotism and star power rule. The amount of people staggers the imagination 1500 farmers committing suicide is population relief and retroactive birth control.

The irony is that they have been duped by a western concept of carpet bagging or slave control. One of the only western ideas that they put into practice.

This article doesn't mention the effects of genetically engineered seeds sold to farmers and the contracts they are forced to sign prohibiting from saving 'patented' seeds. This article doesn't mention BT cotton. This article doesn't mention what happens when farmers are lured by necessity to grow unsustainable products, and when the crops fail,or when their water becomes so polluted or non-existent (Coca-cola), they are forced to abandon their land, or leave quietly their lives.

Monsanto Corporation is interfering in traditional farming practices all over the world, by polluting the genetic make-up of cultural diversity in seeds. Monsanto promotes pesticides which cause cancer, birth defects, and the poisoning of ground water and air. Monsanto isn't mentioned in the article above. Why is that?

I completely agree with your assessment of the effects of Monsanto's genetic manipulations. There is only one word to describe this company, and that is EVIL plain and simple. The negative effects of their contamination of our planet with their genetically modified organisms will be with us for many generations, and yet they are allowed to continue on. They are able to pursue this madness because a group of people with some authority decided that life forms could be patented, and that gave birth to the whole concept of a corporation that can own a life form. Although many other corporate entities exploit and damage the environment and ruin people's lives in their insatiable greed for more money, the long term results of Monsanto's efforts to control life forms will, I believe, become a nightmare of gigantic proportions. I don't think enough people realize the dangers we face, or Monsanto would be stopped. I would encourage anyone who cares about the future of our species on this planet to act to stop the uncontrolled and unregulated genetic manipulation of life forms by for-profit corporations.

I also hope that the farmers of India can find a way to eliminate genetically engineered crops from their land rather than choosing to commit suicide. I might add that the article did not explain exactly what prompted these suicides beyond the crop failures. Surely it would be better to remain alive and actively seeking solutions to these problems, one would think. I also realize however that if the circumstances were more thoroughly explained, it might make more sense. Evidently these people felt there was no other way. Still, I feel certain that they would be more valuable alive than dead.

A leak in the foreign office has enabled tspoonfr to be the first media organisation to obtain a copy of the alleged email's in question. Against a backlog of intimidation, threats and counter-threats from MI7 and relevant intelligent services to prevent us from publishing the extracts of those emails, we decided in the interests of professional journalism to proceed.

"Dear Mr Brown. I hasten to add that this particular practice goes against the grain of decent and fair politics. I am not sure I wish to participate in scandalous activities on behalf of the political party I have been involved with for more than 40 years. This is a sad day in Labour Party history, but should I visit my bank next month and see a considerable increase in severity then I will do all I can to smear that sonofabit*h and hang his balls to dry. Please inform this office of your requirements and we'll ensure actions are carried out hence with".

Based on these emails, Gordon Brown did a massive u-turn on Thursday evening, from his previous high ground when he claim no knowledge of these events to releasing a statement apologising for any underhand tactics involved by himself or his deputy.

Blair the next European President?

Tony Blair has emerged as the leading candidate to become the first permanent president of the European Union after Gordon Brown gave his grudging blessing to the plan. The former prime minister has stepped up his campaign for the job, which he wants to use to build a bridge between Europe and the new Obama administration.

His return to the global stage would be a shock to his critics over the Iraq war and dismay many in Europe.

But The Independent on Sunday has learnt that Mr Brown has accepted that his old rival should be in pole position for the appointment, on the basis that Britain needs to have a key figure in the architecture of the "new world order".

A senior British official said: "He [Brown] will have to swallow hard to sit down in meetings once again with Blair. But he accepts that there needs to be someone from the UK in the new global architecture. There is no opposition to the plan. Things have moved on, people have moved on."

Other European leaders are also broadly supportive because they want a high-profile figure to represent the 27-nation bloc in the new alliance with the US administration. Mr Blair remains a popular figure in the US.

After initially trying to block Mr Blair as a possible candidate last year, the French President, Nicolas Sarkozy, has thrown his weight behind the former prime minister.

As the eyes of the world were on London's G20 summit last Wednesday, Mr Blair held private talks with the European Commission President José Manuel Barroso in Brussels. The talks focused on his work as Middle East envoy to the quartet of world powers, but it is almost certain that the two men discussed his candidacy. The former premier also visited Sweden last week, where he shared a platform with Bill Clinton at a climate change conference.

The presidency job is dependant on Ireland voting "yes" to the Lisbon Treaty, which creates the position. The Irish referendum will take place in the autumn.

But Mr Blair's plans could still be scuppered if Angela Merkel loses the German general election in September. She is thought to have a strong desire for the job in the event of defeat.

Britain has already thrown its weight behind Mr Barroso to serve a second term as Commission President. His re-appointment would also strengthen the chances of a British name for the new job.

Mr Blair will have spent two years in the Middle East role by July, giving him a legitimate opportunity to claim he has devoted enough time to the job.

But critics will say Mr Blair has failed to make any significant breakthrough. There is also little chance of progress towards the two-state solution under the new hardline Israeli government led by Benjamin Netanyahu.

In a sign that Mr Blair's mind is on an exit from the Middle East, he said in Brussels: "I think the next six months will be completely critical in determining whether this process will move forward or whether it will slip back. I do believe that if there is not significant progress in the year 2009, the peace process will be in very great jeopardy, because there are decisions that have to be taken."

Do you believe that the United States was struck by terrorist attacks on Sept. 11th and do you think that the people behind the attacks were "Arabs"? Do you believe that the mastermind of the attacks was this man, Osama bin Laden, operating from a cave in Afghanistan? Do you think that the only way to stop terrorism is to hit the terrorists hard, hit them at their "bases", in such remote places of the world like Afghanistan, and attack any nation who might sponsor them, like Iraq, Iran or Syria?

And what about the economy? Do you think that the recent fall of the stock market and the weakness in our economy have been directly caused by the Sept. 11th attacks? Ready to see how well you did? If you answered *yes* to any of these questions, you are most likely brainwashed. If you answered *yes* to more than one, or heaven forbid, all of them, you are definitely a goner and are hereby granted the title of *Imbecile*.

But, you reply, "Isn't that what most people think? Wouldn't they answer those questions the same way that I do?" The answer to that is, yes. But we would remind you: Just because the "majority" of people BELIEVE something to be true, does not make it true! All that it means is that you and most of your friends and neighbors are suffering from "mass delusion" - or to put it bluntly: YOU ARE BRAINWASHED. So, the question is, how did you get this way? How did you come to believe that the statements in the questions we just asked you were true? "Well, I heard it on - Well, I saw it on - Well, I read it in ..."

You needn't bother finishing those statements; we can do it for you: You and your friends and neighbors were told the "truth" by the mass media. The UK and US news media's, which are so proud of calling itself "free" and has been continually patting itself on its back for the "wonderful job" it has done for the public, during and after the Sept. 11th and July 7th attacks, is the largest and most expensive "mass brainwashing machine" ever assembled in human history! Somalian Pirates - The bad boys of the waves

Following the attacks this week of Somalian Pirates hijacking a number of vessels in the Horn of Africa, capturing even more hostages, murdering a French captain and engaging in what could be called a ‘gun battle at sea’, involving the US Navy, what will be the response of the US and puppet Barak Obama, should the captured sea captain be murdered while in the hands of his captures?

On the surface it looks as though the pirates are a bunch of senseless criminals, backed by some kind of Mr Big, patrolling the seas on the lookout for western cargo, laden with merchandise, oil and ebay items destined for Europe. What the corporate news agencies have failed to inform you is this started out as always with exploitation of a defense-less society and nation.

The European and US nations during the civil unrest inside Somalia began to dump their toxic and nuclear waste into the rivers and seas surrounding Somalia. As there was no official Somalian government bribery and corruption reigned and the continuation of the dumping began affecting the local habitants. Babies born defected and damaged, local fish were being washed up on shores with diseases unheard or undiscovered anywhere else on the planet. As this was a group of people, living through its own civil war, leaving tens of thousands dead and an ungovernable country, the news went mostly unreported.

Armed with International law on their side the Oil cargos and shipping conglomerates were encouraged not to sail through these waters – as the situation and tension in that region had taken a turn for the worse and people were being held hostage and ransoms issued to the directors and owner’s. The pirates treat the ship, its cargo and its crew as hostages and hold them for ransom. The rewards they receive are rich in a country where there are no jobs and almost half the population needs food aid after 17 years of non-stop conflict. The piracy and hostage taking continued until we now have a situation with no one in direct ownership of the pirates, with the hostage taking and ransom demands escalating every passing day. No fewer than 17 vessels are now being held hostage along Somalia's lengthy coastline, with more than 300 sailors in captivity.

So where do we go from here? If history and past events has taught us anything, its that somewhere in this depths of this story the US and UK have their hands dirty and more than likely the pirates are merely responding in the only way they know how. Were they to broadcast their plight and injustice to the International News, the story would get hidden amongst the latest Britney Spears, “commando” moment. Eventually when the US steam roller in with their Exocet Surface to Air missiles (SAM) and rage war on 32 warlords, backed by half a million US troops then do not be surprised as have we have been many times before. Always question the 'official' theory and not be sucked into believing that people of a different skin complexion are always crazy, mindless thugs.

The continued rise of the Somalian pirates

Today has seen another attack by Somalian pirates, this time a US vessel with 20 crew on board, during a night time attack. It was seized in the Indian Ocean about 500 kms from capital Mogadishu. It is the sixth seizure in recent days, including a British and Taiwanese ship. Pirates typically hold the ships and crews until large ransoms are paid by the shipping companies - last year the firms handed over about £80m (£54m).

It is believed to be the first ship with Americans on board to be hijacked in recent times. The task force, consisting of six ships and two planes, is among almost a dozen anti-piracy patrols in the area. But pirates managed to seize 15 ships last month - a large increase on the two taken in January and February. More than 130 pirates attacks, including close to 50 successful hijackings, were reported in 2008, threatening one of the world's busiest shipping lanes

Why are pirates getting away with it?

The pirates have responded in the past few weeks by switching the focus of their attacks further out into the Indian Ocean.

In January 2009 Somali pirates freed the Saudi supertanker whose capture two months earlier drew the world's attention to the surge in piracy off the Horn of Africa.

Since the seizure of the Sirius Star, global navies have been rushing to protect one of the world's most important shipping lanes.

Major powers have been also been debating a long-term solution to the hijackings in what have become the most dangerous waters in the world - accounting for a third of all pirate attacks.

How do the pirates seize the ships?

The pirates are very good at what they do. They run sophisticated operations using the latest hi-tech equipment such as satellite phones and GPS. They use speedboats with very powerful outboard motors to approach their target. Sometimes the speedboats are launched from much larger "mother ships" on the high seas.

To actually hijack the ships, the pirates first use grappling hooks and irons - some of which are even rocket-propelled - and climb aboard using ropes and ladders. The pirates have also on occasion fired at the ships to scare them into stopping, so it is easier for them to board the vessel.

The pirates then sail the hijacked ship to the Somali pirate hub town, Eyl. There, pirates usually take the hostages ashore where they are normally well-looked after until a ransom is paid.

Why can't the pirates be stopped?

Warships from at least nine countries are now operating in the Gulf of Aden and the waters off Somalia, but this may have only shifted the problem. The Sirius Star was attacked a long way south of Somalia. The targeted area now encompasses over a quarter of the Indian Ocean and so is impossible to police. The International Maritime Bureau is advising ship-owners to adopt measure such as having look-outs or travelling at speeds which would allow them to outrun the pirates. However, the pirates move extremely quickly and often at night and so it is often too late before the crew has realised what has happened. Once the pirates have taken control of a ship, military intervention is complicated because of the hostages on board.

There is also no international legal system for people accused of piracy, although some have been put on trial in Kenya, while one group was captured by French forces and taken to face justice in France. Some argue an international court is needed, backed by the UN, with perhaps even an international prison for those convicted.

In 2008, French commandos detained Somali 'pirates' soon after the release of 30 hostages. In mid-December 2008, the UN Security Council approved a resolution allowing countries to pursue Somali pirates on land as well as at sea - an extension of the powers countries already have to enter Somali waters to chase pirates.

But as long as Somalia continues to exist without an effective government, many believe lawlessness within the country and off its lengthy coast will only grow.

The pirates treat the ship, its cargo and its crew as hostages and hold them for ransom. The rewards they receive are rich in a country where there are no jobs and almost half the population needs food aid after 17 years of non-stop conflict.

The Kenyan foreign minister estimates that pirates have received $150m in the past year in ransom payments. They use some of this money to fund future operations - more powerful weapons, bigger, faster boats and more sophisticated equipment.

Piracy is estimated to have cost the world an estimated $60 - 70m in 2008.

For a time I have been harping on about the atrocious unjustified attacks metered out by the Israeli thugs in Gaza, backed up by the US and a globalite of non educated Christians who claim the Israelite's are the chosen people and therefore entitled to a land, they do not own or have no right to settle. The number of UN resolutions Israel have renegaded on is approaching close to 100 and still there is world-wide silence. For a race of Jews still coming to terms with the holocaust at the hands of Hitler and his SS troops to be seen conducting itself as a copy-cat bully makes you sometimes wish those Chambers were still operating today. read below:

Israel on Trial

CHILLING testimony by Israeli soldiers substantiates charges that Israel’s Gaza Strip assault entailed grave violations of international law. The emergence of a predominantly right-wing, nationalist government in Israel suggests that there may be more violations to come. Hamas’s indiscriminate rocket attacks on Israeli civilians also constituted war crimes, but do not excuse Israel’s transgressions. While Israel disputes some of the soldiers’ accounts, the evidence suggests that Israel committed the following six offenses:

Violating its duty to protect the civilian population of the Gaza Strip. Despite Israel’s 2005 “disengagement” from Gaza, the territory remains occupied. Israel unleashed military firepower against a people it is legally bound to protect.

Imposing collective punishment in the form of a blockade, in violation of Article 33 of the Fourth Geneva Convention. In June 2007, after Hamas took power in the Gaza Strip, Israel imposed suffocating restrictions on trade and movement. The blockade — an act of war in customary international law — has helped plunge families into poverty, children into malnutrition, and patients denied access to medical treatment into their graves. People in Gaza thus faced Israel’s winter onslaught in particularly weakened conditions.

Deliberately attacking civilian targets. The laws of war permit attacking a civilian object only when it is making an effective contribution to military action and a definite military advantage is gained by its destruction. Yet an Israeli general, Dan Harel, said, “We are hitting not only terrorists and launchers, but also the whole Hamas government and all its wings.” An Israeli military spokeswoman, Maj. Avital Leibovich, avowed that “anything affiliated with Hamas is a legitimate target.”

Israeli fire destroyed or damaged mosques, hospitals, factories, schools, a key sewage plant, institutions like the parliament, the main ministries, the central prison and police stations, and thousands of houses.

Willfully killing civilians without military justification. When civilian institutions are struck, civilians — persons who are not members of the armed forces of a warring party, and are not taking direct part in hostilities — are killed.

International law authorizes killings of civilians if the objective of the attack is military, and the means are proportional to the advantage gained. Yet proportionality is irrelevant if the targets of attack were not military to begin with. Gaza government employees — traffic policemen, court clerks, secretaries and others — are not combatants merely because Israel considers Hamas, the governing party, a terrorist organization. Many countries do not regard violence against foreign military occupation as terrorism.

Of 1,434 Palestinians killed in the Gaza invasion, 960 were civilians, including 121 women and 288 children, according to a United Nations special rapporteur, Richard Falk. Israeli military lawyers instructed army commanders that Palestinians who remained in a targeted building after having been warned to leave were “voluntary human shields,” and thus combatants. Israeli gunners “knocked on roofs” — that is, fired first at corners of buildings, before hitting more vulnerable points — to “warn” Palestinian residents to flee.

With nearly all exits from the densely populated Gaza Strip blocked by Israel, and chaos reigning within it, this was a particularly cruel flaunting of international law. Willful killings of civilians that are not required by military necessity are grave breaches of the Geneva Conventions, and are considered war crimes under the Nuremberg principles.

Deliberately employing disproportionate force. Last year, Gen. Gadi Eisenkot, head of Israel’s northern command, speaking on possible future conflicts with neighbors, stated, “We will wield disproportionate power against every village from which shots are fired on Israel, and cause immense damage and destruction.” Such a frank admission of illegal intent can constitute evidence in a criminal prosecution.

Illegal use of weapons, including white phosphorus. Israel was finally forced to admit, after initial denials, that it employed white phosphorous in the Gaza Strip, though Israel defended its use as legal. White phosphorous may be legally used as an obscurant, not as a weapon, as it burns deeply and is extremely difficult to extinguish.

Israeli political and military personnel who planned, ordered or executed these possible offenses should face criminal prosecution. The appointment of Richard Goldstone, the former war crimes prosecutor from South Africa, to head a fact-finding team into possible war crimes by both parties to the Gaza conflict is an important step in the right direction. The stature of international law is diminished when a nation violates it with impunity.

Whitney paid off Drug Dealers

According to a new book, Whitney Houston paid $400,000 to save then-husband Bobby Brown’s life after he was held for ransom by a murderous New York gang.

The author, ex-convict David Collins, was a member of the gang - known as The Preacher Crew. And in an exclusive interview, Collins told The Enquirer how poor Bobby wound up naked and hog-tied at a gang hideout.

“It was April 1993. Whitney’s movie The Bodyguard and the movie’s album were big hits,” said Collins, whose book “Preacher of the Streets” tells the inside story of the gang and Brown’s kidnapping.

According to Collins, Bobby got about $25,000 worth of cocaine from a dealer in New Jersey, where Bobby and Whitney lived - and told the dealer he’d pay him later. But soon the drug dealer was fuming because Bobby couldn’t be reached. (Sounds familiar and not far-fetched.)

The dealer, Luke, was on a visit to Atlantic City when he bumped into a friend, Clarence Heatley, a 6-foot-7, 260-pound mountain of evil who was kingpin of the notorious Preacher Crew gang.

Heatley - whose fiery oratory earned him the nickname “Preacher” - dealt his poison in Harlem and the Bronx.

Torture was the gang’s trademark. Members would slice off body parts of rival dealers before killing them. When Preacher met Luke in Atlantic City, Luke mentioned that Bobby Brown owed him about $25,000 and was ducking him.

“Preacher came up with a plan to make himself a lot more than $25,000,” Collins said. “He paid Luke the money Bobby owed and told Luke, ‘His debt is now my problem.’”

Why Google Streetview needs to go

Many of you may not be aware but 'Google' has gone platinum with the launch of a new feature, 'Google steetview'. If you are unfamiliar with the other google add-ons, simply put it gives users on the internet a 3D view of any street in the UK. Not only are the pictures very detailed and I can see it's constructive usage, however placed in the wrong hands, can prove decisive, as if word in the local barber shops is anything to go by.

Only this week a group of residents in West London, stopped a google van from taking pictures, high-lightening the fact that there have been a number of burglaries in recent months, since the introduction of the new fad. It's all well and good if you are seeking a property and want to gather what the area is like. I can also see the need for emergency services who can tie this in with other applications to forge a first class ambulance and fire systems. However with most things in the UK, sinister forces will come to the fore and already we are seeing groups of local Fagan's who specialise in area codes, promising riches beyond your dreams, accompanied with photo images at the drop of a hat.

What I detest more about Google streeview is the detailed images they protray especially if you have a good broadband connection and graphics card. I am more than inclined on a hot day in February to lounge around the house 'forgetting' my bath or house robe (see article about being 40+) I've even been known to wander to the back door starkers in all my glory and take in the sunlight, while enjoying my first smoke of the day. Now what would happen if someone had entered the details of the road I live in and accidentally zoomed in on a middle aged man unaware he is a laughing stock somewhere in Lahore, Pakistan. Surely this is an invasion of privacy in the highest form and what are google to launch next: online toilet or bedroom cams? Now that's an idea... "Honey......"

On a serious note we all need to be aware of our activities in the public eye, before we become a startled participant on TV shows, like "Caught on Camera" and "3rd Eye". I can see SKY ONE making a show called "Caught on the Net" or "Google Trapped". For those of you having to make a living that involves street activities, be careful out there - as certain people of a specific skin colouration have been known to spend years incarcerated due to incriminating evidence. With 'Streetview operating 24 hours a day, it will be very difficult to bribe the jury or CID officer and claim you were at the gym pumping iron.

• MP Jacqui Smith found out her husband ordered porn via a hotel pay service and paid for it as expenses on their MP account. The furor was not so much of what was watched and whether Jacqui learn't something new, but that he had put it through the MP's accounts and was claiming the subscription (5.99 per night) as a tax avoidable expense. Nothing new in House of Commons or Parliament, what is surprising to myself and readers of tspoonfr, was not only that this story dominated the media for two whole days but that there are people who still pay for online porn. The readers at tspoonfr would like to take this opportunity to inform the 'unwise' that there are hundreds of quality such websites on the internet, ranging from the timed stuff right up to group action in swimming pools and my current favourite category 'Rubber & Bondage'. • Jade Goody will be buried this week, after finally succumbing to her battle against cancer and leaving her two young boys, I hear some of you middle class people living in the Shires are wondering, what an earth this 'Chav' has done to warrant such extensive media coverage. The answer is nothing, but then again, Andy Warhol, devised that everyone is entitled to their 15 minutes of fame. Jade's only crime, other than her racists and idiotic comments in Big Brother, her failed hair salon business and the inability to find something constructive to do with her life, was she was slightly rounded, like a teletubbie. And what harm have the the Teleubbies ever brought to the nation?

• The G20 summit in Europe this week, brought Barak Obama into town to meet up with his similar European counter-parts and Queen Lizzie at Buck House. I'm sure that was the first time the Queen had been that close to a black man and not have to watch her handbag. Only a brother could have thought of an ipod as a gift, to give to the richest woman in the world. Liz on the other hand, had more trouble with the wandering hands of the Italian 'Don Berlussconni, who if pictures are to tell the real story - seems he was after a quick grope of her maj, before the real show piece started. All in good taste mind you, as this is a royal and political clan, who are more prone to sharing one another's wives and husbands than the Swingers club in Streatham High Street, being the Bingo Hall.

The 'Against Capitalistic' protest march would have gone unnoticed apart from the staged smashing of the RBS windows and riot police caught with ketchup, if it was not for an elderly gentleman who died hours after the event. When official footage was investigated they found out one of the policeman with truncheon had layed blows onto this unfortunate bystander only hours before. Oh dear, it looks like the keystone cops are back in the quadmire again.

• This week has seen the standard crazy gunman, running amok in the US. In four separate incidents, where a lone gunman randomly opened up and massacred his victims, up to 28 people lost their lives in the country where you have the right to own a gun. I wonder how many more innocent lives are lost or blamed on the Muslim fundamentalists or the Mexican's from across the border, before the USA take stock and repent the evil and barbaric gun laws. Young children in Primary school can see a definite link between these laws and the 'John Wayne' attitude it's government tends to portray around the globe..

• More than 150,000 school children in England unable to read and write at age 11

I have been calling for an end to this archaic schooling system for as long as I can remember. Anyone who knows me personally will also be aware I not only believe school in the UK is flawed, unaccountable teachers and a governing body more out of touch with reality than Michael Jackson. My philosophy is to teach your child two years above their current age. So for example your 6 year old should be reading, writing and performing maths at an age equivalent to that of an 8 year old. And if you need to know where to go and perform specific tests for YOUR child, then the BBC educational website is as good a place to start as any. An uneducated child has profound repercussions on society, as we are seeing today and us black people must take responsibility for our children's education in as much the same way as the Indian, Hindu's at el.

Calm dan Rafa, Calm down son !!!!

Politely put - this translates to Rafa keeping his trap shut and focusing on getting Liverpool our first championship in nineteen, yes, nineteen long hard felt, tired years. We are in as strong as position as ever and now is not the time to be playing mind games with Sir Alex. Throughout British football it's known as 'The Keegan Trap', which rears its ugly head whenever Manchester United are under pressure and need to upset their rivals. page 246 of Sir Alex Ferguson autobiography "Managing my Life".

As you can imagine I am getting rather excited at the prospects of the super reds, I just hope Rafa does not ruin it up with his press comments and responses to Sir Alex. But having listened to Rafa for the past four years, I concluded years ago, that he and I smoke the same weed. With eight games to go, second place in the premiership and about to play Chelsea in the quarter finals of the Champions League, some would say life couldn't get any better. But if like me, you indulge in the finest Amsterdam has to offer, then thoughts of bikini clad women, bringing you a beer at half time, half a joint in the ashtray and in the comfort of a leather-clad armchair, then there's always more.

Obviously my preference is for the premiership as I believe the strain and pressure it puts on the players to be involved in both competitions at this stage is unrealistic. Fatigue, suspensions, lack of form, at this stage of the season, so much is about luck and fortune rather than exquisite team play, that you live in hope more so than an sense of acquired asurity.

Rise to the top for Mark Cavendish

A successful 2008 in the prestigious Tour De France, winning four stages and receiving the respect of the top cyclists, Mark Cavendish has gone from strength to strength, placing him in sporting terms, as Britain's top sportsman. The pub argument continues to reigns between Cav, Andrew Murray and Steve Gerrard, but for sheer determination, consistency at a world level and that strange British word, success, Cavendish has surpassed them all. This year, Cavendish has continued to outgun his rivals in classics such as Paris - Nice and went on to claim two stages in the Spanish tour back in February. This promises to be a fruitful year for British cyclists, with Sir Chris Hoy, Bradley Wiggins, Vicky P and Olympic and current woman's tour champion, Nicola Cooke all clamoring for honours in the biking world. Roll on June for the start of the Tour de France, where I will be shouting 'Allez Mark, ' amongst the thousands of local French fans, wearing my Liverpool shirt, trying to blend in.

For those interested cyclists who follow the tour I am in phase 2 preparation, cycling up to 100kms a day and three hours in the gym. My agent is in advanced negotiations with a prominent bike manufacture and following Lewis Hamilton's victory last year's in motor racing's Formula One, Rio Ferdinand, the undisputed captain of Manchester United and sometimes England and Trevor McDonald celebrating 25 years on TV presenting the news, fees for black sportsmen have tripled. I am currently awaiting feedback from an application form I submitted to the tour advisers explaining the lack of colour being represented in the peleton and how I could hold my own against other like minded professional drug connoisseurs.

Why there is no God but GOD.

Recently there has been a systematic world-wide campaign of atheism to steer people away from having belief in a higher source. Regardless of religion, faith or belief, this is not only morally wrong but will place us on a path, where the removal of faith or lack of credibility in religion will turn the world as we know it - on it's head. I am in no way affiliated to the Church or any religious movement, I just have respect for people who do, rather than cow-tow to those that do not. It's like having a movement for people who did not agree with Hitler - and call themselves 'Anti-Hitler' group or 'Athitler'. The Atheists are just a group of idealists in much the same way as Bin Laden and fundamental terrorists have an ideology to terrorize and bomb their way to what ever 'Promised Land' they seek.

I am 40 odd year's old and only last week, due to the anniversary of the death of the man who discovered/invented or thought of evolution: Charles Darwin, a number of TV shows were shown explaining his theory of why there is no God. I had heard of evolution, but never put all of it together, then after watching one of these shows, I thought 'what a load of nonsense'. How can you not have a God? How do you have morality without doctrine? If there is no God, on what basis is there any meaning or hope for fairness, comfort or better times? That's what Darwin was all about. Pure and utter foolishness. And how come Black man do not know of him? I can tell you why. Because in every black person house as far as I know, Religion is the cornerstone of the home. The rock that glues every emotional issue together for clarity and reasoning. Even if your Father or Husband is an alcoholic or drug dealer, religion is still there in the background, trying to get through a drunken adult, working on forgiveness, compassion, a light at the end of the tunnel. This is all related to a God and without it, what hope is there for those less fortunate? And how did this man, Darwin last so long in the pages of history? Why because people could not prove that God existed ?? What utter rubbish. No wonder the 'A' group can see a light and spout their propaganda and misinformation that focus directly on the Muslim religion, but will sweep up the other religions in it's path. They're basic failure to understand why a set of people, whether that be in Palestine, Afghanistan, Iran or Iraq or come to that, the situation in Southern Ireland who will fight for land, which by law is there's, is beyond the comprehension of most Christians - who would dare not shed a drop of they're blood to believe in a cause where they are the victims, forever oppressed, force-fed and denied the most basic of lives values, land, prosperity and forgiveness. To other religions and faith's, God is more than a person or source that filters in and out of your life, rather a permanent friend you want at your side on a daily basis to guide you through the storms and forest of life.

In the mean time, these groups of pathetic hypocrites, who get married and give their vows to a God and baptize/christen their children in the eyes of the Father now want to inflict their warped vision on an innocent majority who need a guidance in their lives. On a majority of people who have a hard day at work (if they can find a job) and praise the Father for getting them through the day. There are actually some people who need God in their lives to show them how to be better Father's, Husbands, Mother's, Son's, Daughter, all round better human beings. And why is this: because there are no books out there that inform you of such and such contradictory evidence and facts has brought us to a state where the western world has the highest divorce rate in the world. Where capitalism rules everyone and is justifiable to everything. Where children are ruling their parents as the Government and Churches have removed the many footholds and structures that were in place to prevent such hardship, desperation and an ability to function as a human being in this corrupt, dog-eat-dog society that we live in today.

The Far right Christians and those who worship monetary gains over spiritual, are pushing the mindless masses into a cesspit of delusion of which there will be no return. Again, I must emphasis I am of no religious group and even resent Christianity as a whole, but I respect My Mother's views to worship and the views of the man at the corner shop, who prayers on a Friday and my accountant who worships on a entirely different day and cannot have a smoke on Wednesday, but will gladly kick back and roll one on a Saturday night. This article is about the right to believe in God and our basic human right's and freedom's as individual's in a society which will use whatever means it has to continue to control, deceive and enslave 90% of people on this planet.

The global economic crisis, the housing and mortgage market meltdown, the failure to resolve the Palestinian issue or reduce the number of people who live below the poverty line. The constant threat of terrorism and so-called intelligence, global warming and the eradication of certain mammal's, plants, river's and wildlife the evaporation of species, borders, currency are all part of the 'big picture' to get things rolling towards 'One religion. One Army, One Government, One currency. One leader. One World !!!

Some of the questions I would have for people who are non-believers are as follows:-

How can we adopt a moral system without there being a God? If God does not exist, is there any basis for ever being moral? "If all of life is meaningless, and ultimately absurd, why bother to march straight forward, why stand in the queue as though life as a whole makes sense?" In a universe without God or immortality, how is mankind ultimately different from a swarm of mosquitoes or a barnyard of pigs? Without absolute morals, what ultimate difference is there between Saddam Hussein and Oprah?

We have already seen the break-up of countries, under the banner of commercialism and capitalism, the formation of the Euro and the irreversible breakup of the Soviet Union, under the guise of 'removing communism'. The power Israel is gaining on a yearly basis, makes them the 4th biggest army in the world; a country where 60 years ago you would struggle to find them on an atlas or world map. The middle-east oil crisis which shows no sign of coming to a comprehensive conclusion and threatens more division and illegal wars. The constant lies and deception, a propaganda expertly managed, by a few, delivered via our media moguls, has left a population of people who do not question and are un-educated into the complexities of those who govern and manage our worldly affairs. It's akin to Stevie Wonder, entering an F1 race, claiming he can beat world champion, Lewis Hamilton. Now they are to attack our beliefs in religion and once we have a generation of non-believer's it will be a piece of cake for the globalists to implement their continued domination and influence.

But why now? Why in this period of selfish-me man kind are we abandoning such institutions without so much of a murmur or 'objection your honor'? If you have failed to see the growth and mass movement of atheism spreading the globe, then let me tell you, right here and right now, that should these people have their way and manage to convince to their politician friends many of their favorite sayings. "That there is no need for religion" or that "religion is the cause of many of the wars which we have witnessed in recent times" or another of it's favorite quotes "Religion is the divider between people and nations", then the mass people on a whole can have no one to blame but themselves for being duped and hoodwinked into a plan that has been in the process for more than 300 years. A plan which controls not only the fabric of Church, it's rules and secret inner circles but it's importance in keeping the large extent of the population in a state of darkness, oblivious to the complex workings of a country or the laws in place which keep them from ever reaching 'The Promise Land'.

How or what could control and deceive a mass of people without inflicting personal pain? Only religion. But was that be all religions or only specific ones? From the number of books I have read on a variety of subjects, my conclusion came to me - that Christianity is used to influence once set of people to rule and oppress another set of people. For some unknown reason, from whenever I can remember I have always questioned religious leaders, values and the atrocities they inflicted towards their followers and believers - first as an interest as to how black people were so easy-led into becoming slaves and then further into religious massacres such as Jonestown and Waco. Now we have the slaughter of hundreds of innocent people in Pakistan this month, by suspected Indian Christian's. I used to wonder how Christianity dealt with surviving in a capitalist system and the proof of the pudding is that it cannot. I believe it's the failure of the Church leaders to provide concrete answers to society's ill's that has driven thousands of people into the arms of atheists and groups alike. As a non Christian I was aware more than 25 years ago that it (Christianity) failed to have any answers for modern life, so I fully understand people not wanting to follow or to question it's doctrine, but to deny other people the privilege due to the spreading of misinformation by another group is almost as sad as being judged guilty for carrying Semtex explosives when all you have in your rucksack is a loaf of bread and a chocolate bar. It's a clear as day, why the war in Iraq has not stopped. Clear as Britney Spears' underwear why Israel is allowed to continue to justify their horrific and senseless bombing of the Palestinians without so much as a murmur from Church leaders. But how this must feel to honest, caring Church going folk or how they battle with their conscious is what allows this movement to flourish.

So now there are no answers to the world in which they manufactured and bribed and raped and pillaged generations of people, now people are questioning the purpose of Christianity, they seek to abandon it. I have yet to hear a Muslim, Hindu, Sikh or any other denomination talk about giving up on their religion. What nonsense. I wonder what place of worship or building these same people will get married, baptism, funerals, Christenings and what message it will send to the billions who have already been down this path. Was it all immaterial and pointless?

This concludes my main point: Why has the Atheist propaganda machine, chosen this moment to enhance its standings and oiled it's greasy wheels to come out of the closet, so to speak? We are entering a phase of humankind, where more and more of our civil liberties and rights as a human being are being removed faster than Concorde. No one questions the global elite more than the Muslims, as to read the same book and call Bush II, Barak Obama or Gordon Brown a liar is tantamount to treason. For the majority of Christians it seems too much effort or hard-work to follow any of the ten commandments, as this would mean accountability and if it's one thing I have learnt about Christians is that they resent being accountable to anyone, much less God. Why, without God, we can cheat on our wives, tell all and sundry we are perfect parents, the cause for everything bad in the world is down to the immigrants etc etc.... Watch for the continued rise in atheism and then spare five minutes and wonder where they are leading us and why.

It's not a question of why do we need religion, more a question, where has it gone? Having belief in God is not the same as whether to choose a football or rugby team. God is far more important than that and the removal of God from our society will have repercussions that mere man will be unable to fathom, comprehend or ever solve.

A year with Inspector Clouseau

With the arrival of President 'Clouseau' Sarkozy into Britian this week, I wondered whether he was on the way to becoming the worst President or Prime Minister in modern memory. Even topping Bush Junior - and that's saying something. Although I live in France and would rather welcome Zimbabwe's henchman, Robert Mugabe rather than another term of Sarko, the man who has spent more time in a nightclub chasing women, than Jermaine Defoe and the boys at Chelsea.

Nicolas Sarkozy, who was elected last May, has seen his poll ratings fall, mostly over unease over his private life. Correspondents say his recent divorce three months into his presidency and remarriage to supermodel Carla Bruni have turned off many voters - as have his well-publicised holidays with the rich and famous. For example, the president's approval ratings reached 67% in July last year, but recent opinion polls suggest only one in four French voters now approve of his policies.

So what can Sarkozy do to turn things round in the country more akin to the carribean but without good sensi and flying fish? From my six and a half years of living in France, I have found the French to be warm and welcoming, however naieve to modern politics and the information world we encounter today. Elected on promises to solve the immigration problems, resolve high unemployment for the under 25's; to end the power of the trade unions and instill a sense of pride to a nation which has laid dormant since the Napoleonic era, Sarkozy has failed miserably, with a reported 25% of the population ready to abandon the current Republic system, in favour of a Prime Minister with the powers, similar to that of Britian. France do in fact have a P.M. but such is Sarkozy's monopoly over govermental affairs, no one seems to know the name of the current French prime Minister. In fact no one seems to be in charge of France at this present time, headed by a man who's bum-worshipping of little George Bush and the USA, has left him fighting lone battles with his enemies.

France needs to re-awaken it's sense of artistic grandeur and creativity in order to progress in the 21st century. She needs programs and schemes to get the young to believe in it's society and take pride in their country again. She could do well to embrace the term entrepeneuar and stop complaining that the rest of the world are allowed to grow wine, bake croissants and have internet speeds above 512k.

So what do I love about living in the land of frog's legs, petrol garages that do not take credit cards and where supermarkets close during the day for siesta? Basically, I love the quality of life and tranquility southern France has to offer. I like that fact the our children do not have to worry about going to school and getting merc'd. They can grow up like children, respectful of adults and enjoy their fun without the worry of straying into the wrong neighbourhood. A place where the teacher's actually take responsibilty in raising standards and teaching children. A country where going out does not cost a month's mortgage and domestic bills low enough that we can have the heating on during March. All of this means we have more time as a family, doing family and fun things, which has enabled the laughter to return to our home which was missing while we lived in the UK.

There are others that hate the likes of Pascal Chimbonda and Emmanuel Eboue, but are greed and pathetic diving really in the same league as Cole's particular brand of nastiness?

Newsflash: Rio Ferdinand has been handed the captain's armband for England's friendly game tomorrow night in Paris against the French. As I have no real interest in the result of the match, being an Anglo-Frog, (born in England, living in France) I just want to express my happiness that finally Rio has been made captain of England.

Granted John Terry, Stevie G and Becks has been overlooked and Fabio Capello has made it quite clear he will be rotating the captaincy of the team until the World Cup qualifying campaign gets under way, later this year, but it is a boost to the youths from South London who I hope will see Rio's stepping stone as an indication of what is possible when you come from the land of cheap DVD's and knock off Gucci watches.

Europe and the so called immigrants

With Europe in dire straits over, whether independent countries can govern themselves, the introduction of new member states to the European Community and the influx of different cultures into existing hybrid countries, we are losing the battle in trying to stem the flow of people, which in turn makes people racist and judgmental without due reason. I have no real definition of immigrant, as I travel and work throughout Europe and when people ask where I am from I simply tell them 'The World'.

I firmly believe in this day and age, where we can send man into space, quicker than it takes to get from one end of the M25, the disproportion between those who have and those who do not are driving people far and wide to countries where they are able to make a living. Most people from eastern block countries, do not go to the England and Holland see Buckingham Palace, the Tulips fields of Amsterdam or the Rembrandt Museum. To many of these people, they are more likely to break into the palace to seek shelter, than visit it for historical or sentimental purposes. We have enough food, land space and companies such as the giant oil and energy conglomerates who generate enough profits to be able to create the necessary jobs and labour force for these people, regardless of where they are from. And should anyone in a country ever to ask what I am doing in their country, I will simply show them a picture of South London, accompanied by news reports of how man was slain in broad daylight and go back to my spliff. Feisty !!

I have worked as a computer consultant, experienced finding accommodation, paying domestic bills, taxes (allegedly) travel first hand and lived in many European countries over the past 12 years and there is not one country who is not complaining about the influx of immigrants, and how people from overseas are taking OUR jobs. When I hear this it reminds me of those old English men in the 1950's who spoke the same bull, when black people were arriving from the Caribbean to help assist their economy. The signs in the windows stating no blacks, Irish or Dogs, can easily be re-written as No Poles, No immigrants and still no blacks. And to hear Black and Asian people spurt this imperialistic nonsense I simply look at them as though they have just arrived from Nigeria without knowledge of the 413 scam.

The only people I see complaining and do not welcome the people from Poland, Croatia, Algeria, Estonia and endless other countries, are those people who already have a job and house. I liken the situation to those who have jaffa cakes and those who do not. When you have jaffa cakes in the cupboard (bun & cheese to black people) you think everyone has jaffa cakes. But this is not the case as I had to remind my 5 yr old daughter the other day. We were talking and she automatically believes all her friends are like her to have a TV in bedroom, x amount of Barbie, Bratz & Dora toy or games or manage to go on airplanes the amount of times she does. I had to gently explain that not everyone is like this, and how we are judged in this world, not by what materialistic toys and games we have but by how we treat the lesser man: those that do not have. Even at 5 years old, I could see she got the message, before running back out to play with her Dora roller skates.

In the bigger scheme of things, Europe and the world is at an interesting compass point, where we could go either way: with the options being a)peace & harmony or b)a continuation to racist and religious wars. For the past decade, Brussels has been the headquarters of the European Union, creating plans and laws to govern the continent of Europe, implementing measures and standards to assist in better trade flow and movement of people. To have peace, means to understand other cultures, religions and give ALL people a level playing field in terms of jobs, housing and education. If the government fail to implement necessary guidelines or programs to either combat the flow or not enough to allow other cultures to integrate better into its society, then it's people can have little to argue about when people from other countries, see that land paved with gold. If I were living in Britain and heard the stories about Polish men coming over to make a life and better themselves, I would first ask myself, what the f**k I am doing, after all this time, being educated in this country, I can speak the lingo and all I can do is work in a post office. Damm!! I mean, can we ever been accountable to ourselves?

So as a conclusion, I say put an end to this back stabbing against people trying to put jaffa cakes in their cupboards. We are more free to travel and take in other cultures at a time never witnessed before in history. Remove the fear, that the politicians and media are trying to majke you have. How many suicidie bombers have you seen on your way to work this morning. When was the last time, A muslim or immigrant, got up in your grill and demanded an end to Western imperialism? Be more positive about the introduction of others and spend time to know them before you judge them. Many times when in a conversation about this issue, I ask the person if they have any Muslim or Polish friends, who come round to dinner or go out on an evening with. Somehow the reply almost 99.9% of the time is a resounding NO.

Let the soldiers rest in peace

News reports from the US last week, stated that the death of 2pac was in some way to do with Puff Daddy, P Diddy, Diddy, D Man or whatever else he is known as nowadays. As someone who has the most love for 'Pac & B.I.G. and followed this story from back in '98 I can only summise that the author of the article is edgeing towards some kind of movie deal or record contract for his nephew. Basically it is utter nonsense.

The deaths of these two hip hops stars will forever mourn fans, appreciative of the messages they spread, the impact they had on the world and its music. Today all rappers pay homeage to 'Pac & BIG in the same way the love their girl. The number of albums 'Pac has unofficialoly released since his death runs into the hundreds and still there are tracks undiscovered that 'Pac cut in the studio during his haze filled days. No one has ever been brought to justice over their deaths and this has led to rumours, and counter-rumours to where innocent people have been either killed or harmed.

This story about Puffy is not knew, as he has a string of 'dubious' allegations hanging over him, including an event in which Puffy was the promoter and 15 people lost their lives. Not to mention the incident with Jennifer Lopez were Puffy was alleged to have shot some guy in the club and then made a quick escape. As always there are two sides to the story and as yet Puffy is yet to spend anytime in jail, so it can be presumed innocent until proven guilty, as the law stands. Granted he may have had all the motive, finance to pull it off and even if I say so myself very suspectable, however this does not make the person guilty, and as black people we should know better. Although Puffy knew of the shooting of 'Pac in the studio's, where 'Pac was shot six times in an elevator, with Puffy upstairs with BIG, unaware of any commotion. This is a story hip hop fans will always ensure Puffy is on the side with Vanilla Ice and MC Hammer when it comes to greatest rappers of all time.

I have already stated that these two artists are numbers one and two in my all time list, and with the amount of new material, remixes, collaborations available I am forever reminded of their greatness and impact they had in music. We could do no more than to let these fallen soldiers rest in peace, enjoy the fact that in 2008 you can download a BIG album with a AKON remix, nod head and be greateful of the legacy they left behind.

Why did Kevin Keegan return to Newcastle

While watching last night's match between Newcastle and Birmingham (sad but true) I couldn't help to wonder what was the point of Kevin Keegan's return to Newcastle, and why are some fans so fickle they are unable to see past the short term of events.

In the 10 games KK has been in charge of the black & white Geordies, I believe they have managed 3 shots on goal, 1 goal and lost 7 of the 10 matches he has been in charge. What makes the situation even more grey and wintery was that Keegan was specifically bought back to lift spirits and stem the flow of a ship, that not only had lost it's way, but was like an old canoe in the vessel of the premiership. Keegan can see that football has changed in the few years he has been away, with today's player's having no respect for the manager. How can you have player's earning more than the manager, but yet the manager is to get these guys to give 110%?

Watching Keegan is like watching an old uncle trying to keep up with 50 Cent. Someone forget to tell King Kev, that memories count for nothing in this media concious era, which depicts footballer's wives as more important than whether the Newcastle defense actually is aware of the offside law. China and the Olympics - a word from the people

What I want to understand is why don't the Chinese speak with the Dalai Lama? On numerous occasions he had stated that he accepts that Tibet is part of China; he only asks that Tibetans in Tibet be able to practice their own culture. Why can't China understand that? The Dalai Lama has said yes to all Chinese demands yet China refuses to do anything.

The Tibetans have demonstrated an extraordinary tolerance over the past years. However, the current regime was FORCED on them - they did not invite the Chinese to take over their country. The sooner the Chinese realise that force does not make people respect you, the better. It would also be an excellent idea if the governments of the countries taking part in the Olympics voiced their concerns - even if it meant pulling out of the Olympics. All power to the Tibetans and the Dalai Lama!

Sad that all man can do is use killing to try and solve problems. It does not seem to matter what country anymore, it is all that is done. For what...control of what? People. What is China so afraid of? People thinking for themselves.

I think the strongest and most meaningful reaction would be for all countries who were going to participate in the Olympics to not do so. Let China choke of the Olympics.

Recently Kosovo declared independence even though Serbia considered Kosovo a part of Serbia. Serbia had a much better argument than does China. But since the majority of people in Kosovo wanted independence, most western nations supported their wishes. It should be the people of Tibet who decide whether they should be independent of China or not. It is not for me nor anyone else to make that decision regardless of history. I for one will not support going to the Olympics.

Double Whammy in Lewis & Tiger

What a sporting weekend that was. And if you were a black man with bets on a Lewis Hamilton & Tiger Woods win double at the bookie shop, then collect and spend the money before wifey finds out and you'll be back in the shoe shop before you could say 'Jimmy Choo'.

First Hamilton. If the Spanish brey's ever thought they could get to my man and ruin concentration, they were badly mistaken. After the tspoonfr troops had been employed to deal with the racist Alonso Spanish fans a few weeks back, seems the motor racing world has got the message. Lewis can get on with what he does best, driving at speed, listening to 2Pac or Bob Marley, all the while knowing that the police cannot stop you ask for your documents.

I had no interest in this sport before Hamilton took part last year, and he already is having the same impact Woods had on golf, when he first went pro. The maturity and responsibility he has demonstrated since bursting on the scenes is as close to perfection as you get. Already he is opening doors to other black youths in the form of motor bikes, karting, X cross etc, where new hero's are springing up as quick as you can say Saltfish.This year will see even less computer aided driving and more driver handling of the car, which will enable the true driver to emerge from the pack. Long may Hamilton's run continue, deliver the F1 trophy and become the first black man ever to win a title on wheels.

As for TW. I was not around to see Ali in his prime, but if all that we have read, heard and seen about M. Ali, then I firmly believe we are watching a master at work, in Tiger Woods. Regardless of the course, match situation, weather conditions or whether he has his 'A' game on not, Tiger gives 110% and always believe's he can win. Standing at he last hole, tied at -9, with the other co-leader in the club house, TW needed a birdie to win the tournament. These are the moments Tiger lives and dies for, where other players will simply freeze in the moment. You could see Tiger actually smiling and joking with his caddy as they approached the 18th, as though they were high school friends embarking on a night walk around the Red Light District of Amsterdam.

After firing his drive down the centre of the fairway, he punched a six iron to within 30ft of the the hole. While everyone was getting ready for an extra 3 holes as it appeared that Tiger would 2-putt and force a play-off. They even delayed the start of the Mariah Carey concert such was the drama unfolding. Tiger, merely walked up to the ball and surveyed the hole, the way a person would look, if they were buying a few ounces of weed from the Columbian's. There was no doubt in his mind, as he stood over the ball and picked his line. The ball, took a break of 3 inches and dropped into the centre of the hole. In delight, Tiger threw his hat to the ground, as if to say "What?!! - Who da man? You guys want to test me? Move yourself you jokers...."

I have been privileged to have witnessed most of TW tournament wins and as he draws ever closer to Jack Nicholas's record of 18 major championships, it is a pleasure to watch a genius at work. Such is the dominance of Tiger, that only Tiger can stop Tiger from being the greatest sports person we have ever known. More than his golfing prowess, is his attitude, determination and overall conduct as a human being, regardless of whether he wins or not, which is marvel not only to Tiger, but to his parents who instilled those traits in him all those years ago.

My love for 50 Cent & G Unit

For many of you unfamiliar with hip hop and its origins, its battles and celebrities, may I suggest you skip this article and go and read Hello Magazine or the latest editon of Oprah. Those who have an inkling or have heard of 50 Cent but a systematic one sided affair, which, more often that not, portray's the character as a villian rather than hero.

The group, G Unit comprises of Tony Yayo, Lloyd Banks, Young Buck and 50 Cent, who is also the leader of the band. The noticeable difference between G Unit (Gorilla Unit) and other groups formed since the millenium is that they diversify into other areas considered off limits to blacks and hip hop artists. Fisrt of all, they release an album every 2 weeks. Yes that's right, 26 albums a year. (free to download if you know the hook up). However they see music more of an opening to other avenues in order to spread the G Unit brand and raise the profile of individual members. This plan has worked since the release of 'fiddy's' first track, '21 questions', to where they purchased a bottled water company and sold it to Coco-Cola for $40m. They have a sneakers deal with Reebok, which meand there are G Unit trainers to be bought. Not to mention movie rights, a hotel plaza to rival Donald Trump, G Unit airlines and soon to be TV channel.This is what I have been getting our black people in the UK to raise their own game. It's all well and good, buying up BMW, but at some point, one of us has to own a BMW Car dealership, so younger youths can come through and not just see we ONLY drive the car. G Unit is about taking it to the next level. And the one after and the one after that.

If black people were to open their eyes right now, we'd realise in the world scheme of things we don't have jack shit. Not a bank to call our own. Not a TV channel. Not even a chain of barbershop's to show we left our mark on society in a positive and influential level, rather than the negativity which is constantly portrayed and seems we are living up to. Granted we have Sunblest Bakery and that is very good, I'm not knocking them, but we have to raise the bar and when we see groups and our people like G Unit and Fiddy, you must burn a spliff or drink a drink for what they are trying to show our youngsters - that entertainment is entertainment and reality is Gas and Phone Bill.

Kylie Minogue is not at this level and it took Barbara Streisand and dem peeps a lifetime to achieve the financial clout of the 'Unit. So what makes 50 Cent so special, so unique that he has as many admirers as followers? Well first, with all successful people, especially people of color, they will be met with a resounding resentment, not just of their achievments but how they achieved their goal/status. Secondly, since the start of hip-hop, personal battles with fellow rappers has enabled hip hop to grow to the level where it is the fastest and most dominanant music force on the planet today. Battles and beef wars are as standard as 16 bars to a verse. Hip hop is about ego, mass self esteem and an extraodinary ability to express the voice of the oppressed. Listening to hip hop past the age of 40 allows me not to get caught up in the media and gossip hype and appreciate the music for what it is, unconditionally. The fact G Unit can generate a million dollars from each mixtape album every two weeks, gives them clout in the industry unrivalled or unmatched on this scale.

I believe 50 is trying to be become a new type of artist, where the percentage of monies generated from actual music, is small in comparison to the actual turnover of the group. Also the fact he is branching into so many avenues, unrelated to hip hop is a new initiative that I welcome. In a little over 5 years G Unit have ammassed more than $400million, no mean feat for a bunch of uneducated, villians, with a leader who was shot in the face 9 times. They have realised that the majority of black people and the under 25's do not venture into record shop's to hear music any longer. Personally I have no idea of the price of a CD or how much it costs to download a track from itunes as since the introduction of mp3's I fail to see the logic of buying something which is available for free.

By no means is 50 Cent a great rapper in the mould of Biggie, 'Pac or Nas. 50 is not even the best rapper in his group, with that mantle going to punchline king, Lloyd Banks, himself, having released 7 albums over the past 2 years. Personally I love the beats, flow and Lloyd Bank's lyrics more than I like G Unit or 50, but it's the branding of the group and where he is taking them that I admire, as much as "Window Shopper". From the Management of Dr Dre. at the top with Interscope, who in turn manage Eminem, who in turn manages G Unit via his own record label, Aftermath. The whole concept, that if one get's paid, we all get paid, is what seperates G Unit from other groups. The fact they are pioneers in the first decade of the 21st century is tantamount to their hard work, endevour and a benchmark, others will find hard to match.

Next up, is a movie with Robert De Niro, followed by G Unit's venture into the nasty world with the G Unit porn channel. As an elder statesman of the hip hop fraternity, we have come a long way since Public Enemy sang "Fight the Power" or NWA cursed when they sang 'Fu*k the Police'. G Unit, represent all I stand for, the focus and drive of the entire group added to the fact they have opened doors for other black folk to enter alternative avenues other than selling out like Oprah or many others I could mention.

This is what the late great Notorious BIG was talking about, when he mentioned going from nasty to classy.

Football update

Again the call for more Black football manager's has reared it's ugly head like, Amy Whitehouse raising from a drunken evening out with Pete Dochety. On one hand I would like to see Sir Les, Johnny B and a few others test their trade against the top in Europe, for I feel they have a lot to offer and would change the game for the better. But this problem is not resided to the UK. Having worked and lived in europe for the past decade, this is a common problem in all the top countries: France, Italy, Germany, Holland and Spain. Granted there a few exceptions to the rule, as there always is, however when you calculate and work out the percentages, based on the population, the UK is no worse racist as the rest of europe, when it comes to hiring black managers for the managerial post.

In Holland, there are two black managers, Italy has one, Spain one, France none and the UK none in the Premiership and only 2 out of the 92 football league clubs. Long has been the debate that most black footballer's do not want to enter the fray of a result based business, where the fans will turn on you quicker than Dick Turpin turing up at a Sean Paul dance. However it is hard to sit back and watch ex players, like Bryan Robson, Gareth Southgate, Roy Keane and a host of others, including Alan Shearer who if rumours are true, does not need to actually obtain his coaching badges, as his name and standing in the game, will warrant a top job, when Al is ready. All the while, Paul Ince, scaps in Division whatever, learning his trade the right and hard way. The end of season will be interesting for Incey, has his team, sit currently at the top of the Division with 10 games to go. He has already worked wonders with Maccesfield, saving them for going out of the league last season, so if he is not rewarded with a top position at the end of the season or mentioned in the same breathe as lesser mortal's then England can have little to complain about when they talk about foriegn manager's taking over the game.

Champions League:

There are four British teams in the quarter finals of the CL. That is not only an outstanding achievement but also highlights how poor England are as a National team. Granted Liverpool's performance was not as good as last week's Arsenal performance against AC Milan, but the way we controlled the game and Inter, Viera et al, shows how frustrating it is being a Liverpool fan. Our third quarter final in four years, two final appearances under Rafa Benny and yet still no impact on the premiership. It isn't the players or tactics which fail us so miserably in the EPL it's the manager's constant chopping and changing of the line-up which breeds inconsistency and sporadic performances. Bring on Barca or Fenerbache as any of the English teams left would no doubt give them an advantage. However we're more than happy to meet the porn boys from West London as everyone in football is aware, when tested, they're no more stronger than a tesco durex.

TH14 - Thierry Henry held a press conference this week to explain that he is not happy in life, and has personal issues unrelated to football. We can only summise, Henry is in 'Baby Momma drama'.

Thierry, if you're reading bro, we share your personal plight and hope you patch up tings with 'Baby Love', and don't go out like 'Flash'Ash, last seen bording a flight to Jamaica to bring back wifey. As a recognised and worth football correspondent of 4 months, I am fully aware of the reasons behind you leaving the Gunners, last Summer. T, you need to spend a day in the ghetto and see how some of them gal function. I'm sure you buy wifey x amount of shoe and handbag, take her on a few 'once in a lifetime' holiday, take her to expensive restaurant and still my girl is not happy. May I suggest you read Bobby Brown autobiography or Ike Turner's book about living with Tina, where you will find some answers on how to deal with gal, who think they are on the set of 'Sex and the City' and not in the real world.

Friday Evening - after 36 holes: Tiger Woods - Shoots a 71, to end the day on -2, SEVEN shots behind the leader. At the end of the round, Tiger is approached by a reporter and asked for a summary of the day's play.

Reporter: So Tiger, you are a long way back what do you think has been the reason for your troubles today, especially in holding putts longer than 15ft?

Tiger Woods: The putts are not rolling and it's difficult on this course, because if you go past you may have a long 3/4 ft putt coming back, which is no fun at all. I think tomorrow I need to shoot a 65 or so to get back in contention come Sunday afternoon.

Tiger Woods: On Friday night, wifey returned from a trip away, we got down to business and I had something to eat. Does your wife taste nice, after you not seen her for few days?

Reporter: Well to tell you the truth, in our 22 years of marriage I consider those things to be off limits.

Tiger Woods: What are you talking about Willis? Eating wifey, is the number one ingredient to better golf, holding your putts and getting off the golf course as quick as possible.

Reporter: So, would you throw all the golfing manuals away and just encourage golfer's to go down on their girlfriends and wives?

Tiger Woods: No doubt about that. It keeps the head in line, which helps when you putt and the fact you are eager as a beaver, to go home and entertain, which in turn means less shots. Simple really. No manuals or those rip-off teaching aids.

Reporter: Well thanks Tiger for your frank and personal interview, which no doubt has laid to rest the theory that practise makes perfect.

News Review - Week Ending 16 March 2008

Hilary Clinton aid, Geraldine Ferraro, a vice-presidential candidate in 1984, said Barack Obama would not be ahead in the race for the White House if he were not black. When pressed by reporters regarding race and politics, Ferraro said her comments were taken out of context. We believe what she meant to say was; "How can we allow a darkie to go from washing dishes to the President in my lifetime?".

New York Governor Eliot Spitzer resigns after he was found to be involved in a sex scandal ring. After watching the news for the past few days, I am still unable to fathom the positions involved in a sex ring or why his wife was so upset. Maybe a sex ring is illegal. if so, please write in an educate the uneducated.

The UK Budget:

Raas, if you earn under £1.5 million a year, do not live in 'shire or have no desire to send your children to private school, then may I suggest taking up the numerious posts now available in hot spots such as Poland, Bulgaria and Serbia where due to mass immigration, a number of available jobs are suddenly available, with affordable housing, no fear of asbo's or binge drinking and the first McDonald's scheduled to open in Gdansk by Spring 2015.

On a more serious note, the number of record price hikes in the budget are a direct result of Labour's ever rising national debt, which now has seen resources drained for mindless projetcs such as the olympic games, two current wars and failure to correct the ancient rail and road networks. Never mind the fact that house prices are falling, the cost of getting to work is nearly a third of your salary, the prisons and jails are at bursting point due to the lawless-ness and desperation of the youth's and child poverty at an all time low. However instead of the British public, becoming more politically aware, in order to change things or force change from the politicians, they continue to whinge and blame their ills on that of the Muslim's and reality TV. The term, 'You get what you vote for' springs to mind.

MP's expenses:

With the release of the "Lewis List" it reveals what MP's can claim on their second house. Once you get over the shock that they have a second home while most people have trouble heating one room in their pokey, expensive, compact, abode, the MP's of the UK, can claim up to £10,000 on a kitchen and up to £200 on a coffee table. This is tax-payer's money, used for MP's expenses to keep them at a level, without so much of any accountability or embarrassment. Then again, we have no muslim MP's so we have nothing to worry about.

The Mother of the young girl in Goa, who was killed at the hands of two Indian man, had to take matters into her own hand to gain justice. Be careful when contacting the British Embassay for matter's that concern them, as it has proved much better to download the pdf file from the home office website and work it out as you do an Ikea flatpack. I fail to understand how a 15 yr old girl can be in those lands, by herself. Where was the Mother and how do parents allow, especially their girl-chile to wander on their own in foreign countries putting trust in people they have only just met?

Trevor Phillips came out this week to suggest that the UK is going throughn what is known as 'White Flight' due to mass immigration and the fact the British people are losing their identity in their own country. Interviewed on Radio Four's Today programme, he said: 'There are areas in which there is no contact or very little contact between different ethnic and cultural groups. "Nobody is putting up walls and gates but we all know that in virtually every big city there are places where different kinds of people feel uncomfortable, whether that is Asians in so-called white areas or white people in so-called black areas."

This is nothing new and the situation is getting much worse. Already white school children account for only 25% of children in British primary schools, so roll forward five years and British people will be diving off the cliffs off Dover to get away from the influx of migrants and asylum seekers. This is not racist, it's just a fact and until the governemnt have enough desire to address the problem and not continue to sweep the issue under the downing street carpet, then it's not only the USA that could be welcoming a leader with musical tastes more closer to Usher than Celine Dione.

Prince Charles and his new wifey, the horse lady, Camilla, were in Jamaica, visiting the famous Bob Marley house and taking in some reggae vibes. I wondered while Charlie was there, whether he induldged in some cultivation of the 'Kingston Herb' to grasp the full benefit of his visit west side.

The new chip and pin cards have been found to be unsafe after only 18 months in operation and reports suggest that the figures are actually worse than predicted. Statistics (official ones) have proved that the new cards are easy to clone and fraud and thousands of customers have been left short-changed and overdrawn. This could have an adverse effect on my good friend Dominic, who has been paying his mortgage via this method for the past year.

China: On the 5th anniversary if the Iraq war, up to 100 protesters in Tiebet, have died while demanading an end to social injustice, free speech and the return of hundreds of political prisoners, held on trumped up charges in Chinese jails. I wonder how long before we see the US and UK troops pouring into the the capital of China, and restore order on behalf of the Chinese.

The Tibetians are demanding seperation from China, as they are free thinking mainly Buddhists and Monks and with the Olympic Games happening in the summer, there will be more demonstraition from the Tibet people, who want independence fro Chnia in as much the same was as Russia was disbanded into Kosova, Gorgia etc....

Such hypocracy and two-face is what breeds fundamentalists across the globe. There is not a mention to boycott the games, via the media, more interested in whether Jordan wore knickers at a variety show last week. Regardless of the number of innocent people killed at the hands of the communist Chinese Army and Police for demanding equal rights and more widespread policies. The Chinese media even went as far as to supress the news from getting out of the country or allowing foriegn journalists into China to cover the outbreak. Heaven forbid, if this was Tehran or a Muslim country.

Shoes

A report released on Tueday, states that the average woman purchases 8 pairs of shoes a year. That is 8 a year not per month as my wife instills. If you are reading this honey, on your way back from playing 'Wag' I suggest you re-read the article and explain why for 15 years I have been buying 8 pairs of shoes a month. Well,its feels like 8 a month, although that may well include the shoes for children.

I'm sure due to the amount of food shopping, washing of clothes, collecting the children from school, cooking the wonderful meals that you do, this may well have been an oversight - and what was actually intended for the pre-nup was in fact 8 per annum, not 8 per month. I will review the pre-nup documentaion and ask for it to be amended at the next family board meeting.

To other men folk, who have worked out that the way to a women's heart is first shoes and then sexual gratification, the article appeared in this week's edition of the Daily Telegraph, I suggest you print the article as a proof of concept, especially if the matter goes to court. Now I am educated, thanks to the Women's supplement of the Telegrah, I wonder if reading Cosmopolitan or Elle, will help in uncovering other secrets unbeknown to the male species. Needless to say, I think the 3 holidays a year and sex 4 times a week is also excessive, but I am not complaining about these issues as I like to see you in bikini and our sex life will always be triple x rated.

Jamaica to legalise cannabis - at long last

But soon that may change. Jamaica, the largest producer of cannabis in the Caribbean, is considering decriminalising use of the drug.A seven-member government commission has examined possible reforms of the nation's anti-drug laws, which some police complain clog up courts and jails with marijuana-related cases. Possession of ganja, as it is known in Jamaica, can be punished with imprisonment. Some Jamaicans consider that disproportionate and a recent newspaper poll revealed that Jamaicans rate smoking above drinking as a way to wind down. It is widely used, with fumes wafting from Kingston building sites and across bars. Quantities are openly for sale in parts of downtown Kingston for as little as 35p for a spliff.

"We are happy to know this has not been forgotten," said Paul Burke, president of the National Alliance for the Legalisation of Ganja. "It would release the police from the bind of an unjust and an unenforceable law. "If you go to a football match in Jamaica, it is smoked with impunity. Ganja should be allowed to be smoked in people's private residences and everybody should be allowed a certain amount and should be allowed to grow some stems in their own area."

The drug is revered by Rastafarians who believe a verse in Psalms which says God "causeth the grass to grow for cattle, and the herb for the service of man" gives them the right to defy the law. But thousands more use it as a recreational drug and cultivation has increased following the recent crackdown on cocaine trafficking.
The western slopes of the parishes of Westmoreland and St Elizabeth produce the most coveted varieties. There the crop, which grows to two metres, is hidden from the police and army among sugar cane fields.

"I don't see why the government tries to fight it," said Verona White, 49, a mother of six children and an orthodox Bobo Rastafarian. "Anywhere water catches in Jamaica, it grows. Doctor, lawyer, everybody takes it. I went to see a pastor in St Ann's parish and he told me he couldn't preach without it."
Another Bobo rasta, priest Emmanuel Moses, 56, made more outlandish claims for its powers.
"It drives away Aids and diseases like that," he said. "It's a medicine for the world. It's not a drug. Herb is herb."

British government officials in Jamaica, concerned at the failure of police to prevent organised crime and cocaine trafficking which causes violence on Britain's streets, said decriminalisation could free up the criminal justice system for fighting more serious crime. But it is not a simple equation.

"Jamaica, sadly, is a world leader in the cultivation of marijuana and one of the big problems in the country is the ganja-for-guns trade with Haiti," said Brendan Gill, the senior political secretary at the British high commission.
"The guns come into Haiti from the US and then they find their way here. Legalisation might entrench the power of the dons and gangs who are already using marijuana to bring in guns."

This is one of my favourite shows while I am waiting for the football to start, but I would like to make a suggesstion to Uncle Hugh, that the show could be more realistic if they had a sister in the playboy mansion, who could bring some drama to the show. I mean, she has to look like Beyonce or Whitney (pre Bobby) and have Baby Father drama, x amount of girlfriend issue and family relations who need to get hook up. Imagine one of the black girls get vex with one of Hugh Hefner's dumb blonde bimbo, over eyeliner or who borrowed who's 20 dernier tights. There would be thong's and rabbit's flying all over the place. Great entertainment.

To regular viewers of GPM who would welcome some colour into the show, I have a petition that you can sign and we will send to Uncle Hugh at the Mansion. I will also be asking Hugh Hefner if he has a deputy or an assistant to take over his empire, when he retires or when he tries a new sexual move with one of the bunnies and fails to recover.

Last night on Amsterdam TV porn channel 950 (tourist information service) they had a black man in one of the movie, who I was sure was over 45 years. My man had grey hair, everywhere, as though this were a new fad. For someone like myself who has been trying to break into the adult entertainment film industry for a long time, this is no consulation that he was a black guy or the fact that he was a mere taxi driver, able to pick up women at will.

Granted my man had some moves, especially one which involves running from the kitchen door and landing as though you were an olympic long jumper. I still got moves, energy and imagination as wifey will testify, so I wonder why they do not reply to my stream of emails, letters and requests to appear as an extra or on the 'Home made video specials'.

How my football career was ruined by the FA

You are by now aware, how much I love my football and would have given my right arm to pull on the red jersey of Liverpool or the jersey of any professional team, even Walsall come to think of it. I'd like to share with you my experience of how I nearly became a professional football, only for circumstances to prevail and therefore English football has continued to remain in the lower echolons of International football without a trophy since 1966, the same year I stopped sucking on my dummy and started dribbling a ball. Suffice to say, my Mum did not have the latest in mpeg video technology at the time, so there is no black & white footage other than to say, I was greater than Pele at 3 and would no doubt have delivered that elusive World Cup to her Maj.

Between the ages of 6 to 11, I was dynamite, even if I say so myself. My career at that point, where I played for the local cubs consisted of a run of 4 years where I was unplayable. Top scorer from midfield for 3 of those years and numerious man of the match performances, had me heading for the footballer's lifesytle of baby Bentley's and groupies in nightclub's. To gather a picture of me in my youth, imagine Frank Lampard, but without the belly. When there were matches involving local estates I was forever at the helm, and picked up many a cup winners and runners-up medal's which my Mum say's she can no longer find. Imagine Wayne Rooney's Mother telling the BBC she cannot find Wayne's first football boots or his first hat-trick on dvd. However things changed when I arrived at secondary school. I had arrived with a reputation that I was some kind of child prodigy, well that's what my Uncle's tell me. But I noticed at the first training session, that I did not have what the other players had. My career and dreams of a life in Rio de Janerio were dashed quicker than it takes Pete Dohety to get arrested. What was I to do now? I did not have a great first touch, my heading was weak, along with my stamina and pace. The only good thing I had left was that I was two footed and can bark orders like John Terry. I tried for three years to get into my school team without any joy until one day someone had to attend Saturday church and I got a run out.

I was nervous and I believe this contributed to my lack - lustre performance, but the manager had faith and kept me in the team until the end of the season. The following year, we merged with the girl's school across the road and there lay my football career, trying to play mack-daddy with the girls from the 5th form who would tease me by asking if I knew how to undo a bra.

My friends used to play for a local team, so I played on Sunday mornings in the freezing cold at Tooting Bec or Hackney Marshes, when you had trouble finding your own team never mind the dressing rooms. However between the ages of 14 - 17 I lost interest in football, but still thought I could make it for the next world cup in 1982, when Kevin Keegan was injured and missed the chance against Spain, which would have put England in to the Semi Final's. I was fit at the time and would have buried that chance with my eyes closed.

It wasn't until I started working for a company out in Maidenhead, aged 24, that I got to capture the real talent deep inside. I had stopped playing for close to 6 years, a few 5-a-sides and the odd run out for the local pub team, but I became disullionshed with manager's not being able to work out that I played in the 'hole' or to play me as the holding midfielder, before Claude Makelele was even sperm, and my teams were forever playing me out of position, as either a wing-back or Centre-Half, as I was able to read the game better than Alan Hansen, and could organise from defence. I suppose it's a similar role to what Fabio Cannavarro operates for Italy when the won the world cup in 2006, but when you are use to controlling the game like Ruud Guillit, then operating at the back did not help me to break into the England world cup squad.

Anyway, to cut a longer story even shorter there was a planned weekend away to Ireland for the company I was now working for, where there would be two football matches, as we were taking that many people we could afford to field two teams. As I had only just joined the organisation, any position would suit me and as we flew to Dublin, the talk was not so much of tactics, but how many pints of Guinesses could be consumed in a 48 hour period. As I am from the darker skin establishment and have no idea what you do with Guiness I also knew I could not ask for a Dragon or Super Malt, so managed to take my own bottles of vimto and Baldwin's special, in order to blend in.

On Saturday was the first match to which I was selected to start up front. I had not played up front, since I knocked in 4 goals past Kennington Boys under 8, back in 1975. The game in Ireland was being taped for prosperity not SKY SPORTS1 and would be reviewed by all in the team club house, later that night. Up to this point I had never seen myself on video, but I had grown up over the years, still had talent and this was against men with beer belly, balding hair in their 50's and one guy was blind in one eye. Surely this was my moment. I had grown up watching Liverpool and at this time, Ian Rush was the 'Don. So I decided to be Ian Rush that day, hassle defenders and take no prisoners. And that is precisley what I did. All game, all day and finished with two classy goals and an assist, before I departed, not so much to a round of applause, but because one of the supporters on the touchline, was sparking up a big philly and as I could smell it, it was my queue to depart and give way to someone else.

Later that evening, more than two hundred people (it was a big weekend) had gathered to watch the game, and again on video I was unplayable. The dummies, flicks, drag backs were all there in colour. My new orange and white boots, skipped across the pitch as though I were Van Basten. The range of passing was akin to Glenn Hoddle and when we got back from the Ireland trip, I was summoned to the football manager and told in no uncertain terms I would be playing for the works team, the following season up front. Before I had time to enquire about signing on fees and whether I would need an agent, I was given the season schedule and told that training is on Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm.

The following season, my first for the work's team and my best ever season, where the team went on to win the league and a cup competition, I ended up 2nd top scorer with 27 goals in 20 matches, closely behind my strike partner who duly got signed by Slough Town (fe real). There were no letters from the FA asking if I wanted to take my coaching badges or be on standby for Paul Ince for the next World Cup. There were no reporters enquiring whether I deserved to be player of the season and whether I would be seeking a move abroad. Five trophies in one year and no phone call from the F.A. This left me totally disullusioned with British football and I decided to embark on a new career in the golfing world.

who is in the FA Semi's

Not since 1995, has the semi final of the FA cup thrown up contestants from outside of the big four, but this weekend proved the romance and bra-strap of the F.A. Cup still exsists. Portsmouth's victory over Man U followed by Barnsley's 1-0 victory against the porn boys from West London, has ensured that this year's FA Cup final, will not have us falling asleep by the 28th minute, only to wake up when the game has petered into extra time. Hopefully this year' s finalists will rekindle the days when Mummy, said I could control the TV and my Sister could do the housework that day. I used to wake up from 7am, have my munchies and comics layed out in front to watch FA Cup Tiswas, with Sallly James and her tight tops with the top 3 buttons always missing. Coming down Wembley way, Wembley Mastermind, followed by It's a Knockout, followed by the Road to Wembley, FA Cup Question of Sport, meet the players at the team hotel and then the last moment before the teams embark on the Wembley turf, the national anthem and then the team line-ups are displayed, 1-11. Not this numbers madness we have today, where you have the right back wearing number 32, next to the centre half wearing number 27. Not to forget later in the evening, watching the highlight's on BBC's, 'How the Cup was won'. Those were the days before live and endless football on the TV, the streets were deserted and that week's copy of the 'Roy of the Rover's' comic would have a special pull-out for you to complete and attach to the wall for prosperity. 'Ahhh, bring that beat back....'

Should this year's Semi's and final prove to be entertaining then may I suggest we leave the big four clubs out of the competition for next season and give the non-league teams a bye into the fourth round proper.

Arsene & Alex - Two peas of the same pod

This is one article I have been waiting to put to the blog, before these young players destroy the game of football that I and millions of others, absolutely adore and love with a passion we don't grant our loved ones.

My footballing knowledge stems way back in time, when there was 2 points for a win and no team wanted to be drawn away, against Millwall in the FA Cup. However my real love for football developed from watching Liverpool pass and move their way to Kings of Europe. In that time, I was blessed with two of the greatest manager's ever, in Bill Shankley and Bob Paisley. Their achievements and highlights have been extensively documented and with the power of football changing from the manager to the player's, it requires a special talent to mould, guide and nuture a squad of millionaires with ego's the size of the new Austin Martin they have parked on the driveway. Presently the premiership is blessed with two of the best managers in the game today, the other's being Carlo Ancelotti of AC Milan, Guus Hiddink of Russia and the Dutch twins of van Basten and Frank Rijkaard, but to have two in the premiership is a great achievement for English football and without them I am not sure Viera, Henry, Ballack, Essien and Torres would have the same impact under British Manager's like Bryan Robson, Gary Megson and Sam 'The Hit Man' Alladyce.

Alex Ferguson has been at the helm of Old Trafford for more than 20 years and Arsene Wenger has paraded over the young lambs at Highbury for nigh on 10 seasons. Both have attempted to play attractive attacking football regardless of the situation they find their team in or the pressure of fans and chairmen with short memories and the desire for trophies. I can count at least 3 different teams both managers have re-built, and 90% of the time, the outgoing hero has been replaced by a better player, no one but the manager could see. Time and time again they have both done this without disruption to the team, formula or harmony of the dressing room. This season alone, Nani and Anderson at Man U and Sagna, Bednter, Diaby and briefly Eduardo at Arsenal have made the fans forget past players and will have to admit the team is better balanced and in a better position to challenge for trophies than before. How I wish for this to be the case at Liverpool. We are still waiting for Harry Kewell and Pennant to deliver and they have been at Liverpool longer than the tea lady. It's all to do with the manager, as players are fickle and tempestuous and good man-management is the basis to getting teams to play good football on a consistent basis and both have this in abundance.

Very rarely would you hear of a scandal or story emerging from OT or Highbury, which hits the front pages rather than the back. How many times do we hear of a disgruntled player going to the gutter press to grieve his anger at being left out? Never. When was the last time you heard a Man U or Arsenal player suggest that he needed to leave to find better opportunites and first team football and slag off the manager? Again never. This is to do with the level of respect the manager and player's have towards one another. To me that is the key to managing a squad capable of challenging for the premiership never mind the champions league.

A huge concerning factor which poses a problem in football today is the fact that ex players, who played the game with love, passion and a desire, cannot relate to today’s modern players who are rested, out for 2 months with metatarsal and fibula injuries, unheard of 20 years ago, who appear to be going through the motions, until a new contract is on the table. They find it hard to motivate current players who earn 10 and 20 times they ever did and have better facilities, media and specialists, when they are only half the player. I mean look at Graeme Souness, Glenn Hoddle or Bryan Robson, world class players who were paid peanuts compared to today's 'Bently brigade'. They are an example, I could also include Alan Curbishly, Kevin Keegan, Kenny Dalglish, Steve Coppell, the list runs into hundreds of top ex players unable to manage today's crop of young players, who have more hangers-on than a Christiano Ronaldo groupie. Today, not one premiership club has a reserve team, unheard of in the days of Brian Clough and Dave Sexton, so you have larger squads, with mediocre players, not being able to get into form or spend a month in the reserves working on their first touch or passing qualities. Therefore you have young squad players aged 21-23 being paid 1/2 to 3/4 million pounds a year to play in the League Cup and an end of season run out.

It takes a top manager to have the entire squad in harmony and focused on the goal at hand: Consistent performances, whether that is in the Premiership or Champions League. To get 20 - 25 players from various countries pulling in one direction is no small task, but could be made much easier by the nature and demands of the manger. The Manager is the key to the entire operation. If the manager display's weakness, players take advantage, a la Joey Barton, Stan Collymore, Gazza. The manager lays the standards and qualities of what is required from professional footballers. Because players have so much power today, you need to dangle a bigger carrot other than monetary gain and the promise of a first team place. Wenger & Ferguson are able to instill a level of confidence in players and are able to empathize in a way players respond to and trust. What I love about them both, is that one week you'll see a Man U or Arsenal player have a poor game, there is no chat on TV by Wenger or Ferguson, but you know they have noticed. Then the following game, you'll see that same player put in a performance, where you know the manager has pointed out specific things, whether that is concentration, awareness, passing, positioning etc... At my team Liverpool, players can have bad performance after bad performance, for like two months before you see a change and bad performance's have a cancerous spread throughout the team. Also they both remind the players of why they chose to become footballers from the outset. The dream when you are young to play the type of football, against the best teams and deliver. Those are the matches footballer's live and die for. AC Milan at home and getting the winner or Juve away and putting in a performance to be remembered. That’s what these managers instill in their players and heaven forbid when they have given up the dugout for the sofa. For it will be a procession of failed managers, informing all who will listen that they have the magic formula to turn things around. Crap manager's like Steve Bruce, Paul Jewell and Gareth Southgate changing from clubs to club, ruining player's careers and boring the fans with dire football and even worse tactics. Let's all hope that day is a long way off.

Lee Jasper - Don't ever mess with the Truth

A month or so ago, we at tspoonfr condememed councillor Lee Jasper, for his blatant abuse of power and public spending, and as a so-called role model for thousands of black youths considering the plight we face, he should not only be doing more, but he was actually harming the process. You know we at tspoonfr, don't play that here. So I vented and highlighted why Mr Jasper is a crook, thief and worse how he even used racism as a smokescreen to make our people think he was the victim of the media instead of the instigator. The number of emails we had welcoming our expose, tells me that Black people are tired of their own leaders lining their pockets, while at the same time claiming to Whitey that they are the one's who are really helping. Of more than 300 emails sent in about this article we had 3 or so brothers, claiming another set up, as though Lee Jasper were Tim Witherspoon, claiming Don King stole their last million.

Well yesterday (Thursday 6th March 2008) the front cover of the Times newspaper, spoke of Lee Jasper resigning from his post working for the Mayor of London, Ken Livingston. Whether he resigned or was sacked is immaterial, however for legality purposes, resigning means he has no questions to answer as to what happened to the £100,000 of taxpayers’ money that him and his floozy in the office, Mrs Chouhan or any of the other scams Jasper has been involved in, over the past 5 years. Therefore he will be free to run 'street' bond with his 'homies' where they can plan their next victim on the coat-tails of protecting black interests. We take no direct praise for this other than the fact, that this not only proves that the small man still has a voice and that there are still certain journalists who remain respected throughout the industry who are not afraid to speak and seek the truth regardless of the perputrator, religion, race, sex or creed. Truth is truth and when you are a black man in a position of responsibility and authority, you cannot behave like a wanna be gangster, allowing the latest Denzil movie to go to your head, stealing funds earmarked specifically for black and urban projects and using that finance to line the pockets of you and your friends.

You have got all you deserved Lee Jasper, and to those black people who filled my inbox with letters of support a big thanks, as this was our first real test at tspoonfr to highlight injustice and condenm those in the wrong. We currenly have 2 black on black KILLINGS a month, not to mention the unreported stabbing's, shootings and beat-downs carried out by OUR peeps. I am tired of our parents answering the door to hear that little Benji has been shot on the housing estate or Tineka cannot play on the back grass because drug dealing is taking place and no one dare confront these youths. The so called other black newspapers, The Voice & The Nation are not really fit to put your pattie in never mind offer an alternative theory or better still come out and condemm Lee Jasper for his crimes and actions. If we continue to sweep this problem under the carpet, my young nephews and nieces will grow up into an environment where they are afraid to go to cubs and brownies, while men like Lee Jasper and the black Archbishop, John Sentamu, continue to assist in the degredation of black people and I for one will expose them for all the are worth without fear of retribution, personal attack or court appearences. This is not the BBC or SKY. We at tspoonfr have lawyers like Johnnie Cochran who will have you admitting to crimes in New Zealand and Australia before you even know what day it was.

You could have done so much for our people Lee. You could have opened workshops and implemented projects to encourage our youths into practical life situations and offer better alternatives that they have in this racist society. You could show them how government works, opened an avenue for others to follow you. That's why people like you and I have to do more to assist and further the quality of life for our black people in the UK. And when those in a position do not offer a hand then you will punished harder than the man who is ignorant or unskilled to help. It's called life and like our Mum's will always tell us, "you can hide from man, but not from your concsious".

When half the country waited with much anticipation for the first showing of the Michael Jackson video, 'Thriller' .

When the heatwave from the summer of 76 melted the roads and you played water fights all day without a care for the hose-pipe ban.

When a coach trip to Margate was considered a luxury break and black people dressed up to go to the seaside and bought a picnic (sic) bag that could feed the people of Zimbabwe.

When you had to play 'penny-up' in order to have lunch and if you were crap you didn't eat.

When the tuck-shop came to school and the fifth formers would steal your doughnuts and give you the sugar.

When you went to school an hour early in order to get a game of football in the playground big match.

Wearing leg-warmers was considered fashionable and over your jeans was even more hip.

When having more than 10 'kicker' tags on your kickers boots was considered 'Beckhamesque'.

When you used to visit the cab office for your annual half price TAX disc.

When you used to buy coffee machine cards and put in your Astra box to recieve SKY.

When we used to 'crub', 'hyper' and 'skank', before the butterfly, pon de river and the Armstrong.

When we used to drink Galliano & Pineapple or Rum & Blackcurrant. Connoisseur's at 17.

The period we all thought we were James Brown, walking around in black polo necks, hush puppies reminiscing about Roy Ayres, Donald Byrd, Maceo Parker and the JB's.

When we played nothing but Loose Ends, Luther Vandross, Maze and Slade music.

When all Christmas Eve would be spent at either Camden Palace or the Lyceum in the Strand.

When carnival was carnival and you could blaze your spliff in the streets without a worry for 2 days.

When you could visit the weed man and get a 'touch'.

When you used to walk to Brixton front-line for a draw, no weed bag, just a betting spliff, that you could never fold. And walk the 2 miles back, stoned and happy. It's a problem for me to walk to the sitting room on a bad day.

When the weed man used to ask if you wanted Lamb's bread or Sensi.

News Review - Week Ending 7 March 2008

The dossier for the invasion of the Iraq war was released and the conclusion were horrendous to those who vote and typical to those of us who do not. Basically, the findings were that the British media conspired with the government to mislead and lie to the public/citizens as a justification for entering the war against Iraq. Never again will British journo's be trusted to seek and tell the truth. I'm just glad I live in France, and the only Britishness I have is my passport. The number of Iraqian's who have died in this illegal way has passed the one million mark, but let us not get too upset and demand an end to this injustice as our house prices continue to rise and we plan that summer holiday to Goa.

This week, we have had two days of snow fall in the centre of Amsterdam. This at the beginning of March, after a week of beautiful sunshine and temperatures of 10 degrees. Whatever next? Are we to see snow in July followed by hail stones and heavy rain.

The Republican delagate, John McCain, was found with a married female half his age in a comprising position to say the least. This from a man who has had more extra marital affairs than the entire Chelsea team. As an ex P.O.W. McCain's influence and power has stripped him of any dignity or humanity to relate to the real world, so he is an ideal candidate for the next President of the United States.

Around three weeks ago a story was released from the US that it had shot down a satellite as it was heading towards earth and could prove fatal. After the US had shot down the satellitle and investigators had swarmed all over the remains, they found that the satellite was made up of 80% Chinese parts and only 10% US. Basically the US does not have the equipment to build the spy satellites required and should stop the big chat and stick to making gadgets for James Bond.

The 4th richest economony in the world and yet every year at least 20,000 old people die as a result of lack of fuel or the inablity to heat their homes as the cold winter's settles in. There are now many pensioners who are faced with the dilema of eat or heat. What kind of modern democratic society would allow it's elderly to die in such a manner and have no shame? Ahh Britian. Close to 100,000 elderly people, over the past three years have been found dead, after only living in one room, as they are unable to heat the entire flat. The Council, are just waiting for the old peeps to die, so they can give the house to a family from Poland or Nigeria. And what is the Goverment's answer to people that resemble their parents and in-laws? Give them an extra blanket and an additional 50 pounds.

Bill Gates is no longer the richest man in the world. His fall from grace can be contributed to the millions of dollars Microsoft has to setlle in the european courts for it's decsion not to up the windows source code to third party developers. I was hoping that it would be my brey, Donavon from the local housing estate, as he has been juggling since 19 long time, and I have never seen him with less than a 2 year old car, nuff women on arm and always in the barbers getting his hair re-braided. He carries himself like a player and I feel no better person deserves this title more. I take it Bill will either have to looks for a new works, become a carpet salesmen or sell one of the 125 paintings he is said to have, hidden under the stairs to regain top dog status.

How many more innocent children need to die in this farcial war, which shows no sign of ending and discussions between Israel and Hamas appear a long way off.

A big up to Arsenal and my Gooner fans

There's not much more I can say about the performance of the foreign boys from North London, other than they 'mannersed' AC Milan. In all my years of watching European football I have never ever seen Milan get brush up like that, and in the San Siro to boot. As you know I am a die hard Liverpool fan, but props is props and you could see after the first tackle by Flamini on Kaka that Arsenal were taking no prisoners. The Liverpool final win against Milan 3 years ago will always be remembered, but more of a fluke. This Arsenal, away from home, with the game on the line, odds stacked against them, playing passing football (granted I was under the influence of some white widow) will rank alongside Liverpool's performance against Nottingham Forest back in 1989, when we used to run things.

I was in a bar in Amsterdam (again) and the atmosphere was electric last night, regardless whether you were an Arsenal fan or not and the fact that there is no commentary means I did not have to listen to endless biased punditry and could observe the natural beauty of the match. Football is football and when you saw time and time again, Arsenal play little one-two's around the Milan penalty box, it was frightening. Supporters of English football, have long admired Arsenal's style and panache for playing attractive football, but over the past 5 years they're talents have warranted more than a single appearance in the final. Should they keep free from injuries, suspension and Adebayor get's his hair straightner back and stop scaring people with his Michael Jacko afro, then Gallas 'Don't Vex me' may well lift the trophy, come May in Moscow.

This is the way football should be played. No kick and lump it rubbish and when you you are in possession, you retain the ball, wait for an opening before you strike. Football is a little similar to chess and the higer the level you perform the more disguised your attacks should be and the more clinical your strikes. English teams are not normally patient in this art as the fans are nieve to modern football and still prefer to see football played the 'Watford' way rather than 'Sexy' way. But in Arsene Wenger and Alex Ferguson (read article later in the week) these are two managers who command enough respect from the players and fans that they are able to implement their own brand and style, without so much as a murmour out of the dressing room. Who would have thought that Diaby and Eboue would comfortably deal with Gattuso and Pirulo. And Kaka was more kak than representation of current European footballer of the year. I know many people do not like Eboue, but he would always be in my team. I like at least one player in my team who the other team do not fuck with. This stems from back in the day, when Messers Graeme Souness and Jimmy Case, who dealt with the opposition deadlier than Al Qaeda, would patrol our midfield and dare the other team to put their foot on the ball and try to play. That's why I loved Davids, Roy Keane, Viera and Sissoko until Rafa Benny start take ecstacy and sold him to Juve. Eboue is one dirty player, granted, like Robbie Savage or Van Bommell but with more skill, heart and a brain. His claim for a penalty when he tripped from Maldini's tackle was more Jeremy Beadle than Jeremy Kyle. When he won a 40-60 tackle against Pato, I felt for the Milan youngster as he never touched the ball until 10 minutes from the end. And when Grandad Insaghi came off the pitch to be substituted you felt that he should not return again to play against top class players, but more inclined to play in the garden against his nephews and grandchildren.

What is so obvious when watching Arsenal play was that all the players can play and are comfortable on the ball. When Arsenal stroked the ball around, Milan must have wondered who do these little boys think they are. Events changed after the penalty appeal on Hleb. Arsenal didn't get vex and use the fact that it was a blantant pen, like a number of English clubs we could mention, no, they continued to pass and move until Adebayor was to change that. There was a moment he had the ball by the box, and brushed passed Maldini and next man, as if to say I dare you to touch me. From then on the game was over. Gattuso, realised that tackling and tracking African man who grow up playing against tree and brick wall, and chase buffalo, was a waste of time and he was looking for a way out after 20 minutes. Many times, I waited for him to stand up and show he was leader, all the while he was looking for wifey in the stand, to make sure she had not run off with with one of the rough 6ft ragamuffin black Arsenal supporter's they had in the crowd.

Look at they way Senderos and Clichy coped. Even little drummer boy Walcott, has an aura of confidence instilled by Wenger. I wonder what Wenger could have done with a young Emile Heskey. OK, too much white widow, but how he has worked wonders on Adebayor, shows not only his coaching qualities but his man-management skills. This on a player, who when he first arrived in the premiership to partner va-va-voom Henry, his bottom lip used to hang quicker than it takes Amy Whitehouse to get stoned. His goal at the end was throughly deserved for his effort, tireless running and leading of the line. Nesta and Maldini will not have been in a harder game and must have sat in the dressing room afterwards, glad their careers are coming to an end.

So finally to all my Gooner mates, I hope this will be the year when you finally banish that monkey off your shoulder and land the big one, we at Anfield take for granted. One of the recent data CD's that went missing from the government IT Dept, was discovered when one the PC's had a fault and was taken in for repair. When the PC technician opened the CD rom drive, underneath, not inside the drive, but stuck to the bottom of the laptop, was stuck the CD, the whole country had been looking for. Well I had been looking, because I have some personal secrets that could endanger me to a life of hiding like Paris Hilton after her sex tape scandal. Anyway, back to the matter of New Labour and the missing CD's. To make matters worse, when they investigated the serial number and security of the laptop, they found it had been bought on ebay eight months earlier. What next the government attempting to sell rizla's and claiming they are helping the nation to cut down on cigarettes?

Barak getting close

With only two pirmaries left for the US public to vote, the democratic leadership enters a crucial phase of the 2008 Election, between Hilary Clinton and Barak Obama. With Hilary having a slight lead, the mud slinging and dirty tricks have taken a turn for the worse in the media, when last week a picture of Barak in Muslim attire appeared in prominent newspapers and on the internet. Of course Mrs Clinton denied she had anything to do with it, as much as Keiron Dyer denied it was him in the video, with the girls in Ibiza, a chocolate Mcflurry and a tube of spanish fly at the bedside.

My only concern, although Barak has won the last 11 primaries and given Hilary a beating never seen on a white woman since OJ Simpson's glove failed to fit is that he is wallowing in the limelight and may be forgetting what kind of people he is up against or getting complacent. I believe Barak to have the better policies and most people in the States would welcome him like Ajax have welcomed back Johan Cryuff or Newcastle, Kevin Keegan in order to restore US pride, solve the domestic issues and bring the troops home from the war in Iraq. But this is firmly why I believe brother B, will not be at the winning post, as this is against US foriegn policy and war makers and the military will never cow tow to Benson with cufflinks.

So much is riding on Barak's shoulder's that failure is not an option, so I fail to see the pretty picture of manicured lawn and picket fences. I mean what kind of after party would he have? Oprah rubbing shoulders with Ludacris and Lil Jon. Or even Snoop Dogg crunching down on a chicken leg alongside Denzil. Not to mention the hundred's locked outside, claiming to be on the guest list.

For example one predicts a Barak funeral in October where another suggests December at 3-1 favourite. If I didn't know these people's history, I would think this was Saturday Night Live, but these people are deadly serious. Farmers and Right Wing activists in the South, those places where they chew tobacco until they have no teeth left, and rushed out onto the streets singing when Martin Luther King was gunned down, do not even stock Denzil or Wesley DVD's in their local video shop.

So I will watch with bated interest over the coming weeks, to see where this election leads the US. Do not be surprised to see mysterious and dubious forces at work to ensure the black man knows his place. On the recent Bill Maher show, a US congressman even went as far as to drag Barak's wife into the proceedings, claiming she is overweight and has little dress sense. What this has to do with the price of eggs, I have no idea, but this is the level these people will stoop to preserve, their corruption, world dominanation and political ideology.

Free Grooverider now.....

Radio 1 DJ has been jailed in the Dubai, for possession of cannibis. But before I explain that Grooverider was a known drug trafficker, this is far from the truth. Groove was arrested with less than 2 grams of weed, and as the unofficial lead European expert in this field, this actually equates to 6 giant spliff's or 10 medium, burn-during-the-day spliff's. Basically it can last no longer than a day at best, and I know no black man is travelling to foreign with one day worth of weed. Grooverider was arrested in November 2007 for flying in to spin two tracks for the man's dem, before he was detained and 'found' to have a dust amount of weed on his jacket, which Groove admits he forgot about. I mean I do this all the time, and normally travel with a whole bag, that I 'forgot' about. The alarm bells are for-ever ringing when I am at the airport and have to go through security. I simply put this down to the occupational hazards of the jet-set life I lead and as there are no black terrorists, then they have little to gather from me and my 'Free tspoonfr from Guantanemo' t-shirts have already been printed. For those unable to calculate measurements, the customs officer's found less than a £5 draw, that you give peeps for their birthday or ask them to hide from your Mum, when you're under 14. When is a man a man?

Yesterday while at work I noticed a work colleague talk down to a big woman in my prescence. I attempted on no less than three occassions to grab the guy's attention to step back, as I could see he was not getting anywhere and getting more and more adjadatated, therefore stressing out the lady who was unable to comply with his requests. I left it at that, before taking the guy to oneside in a diplomatic way, outside on our own, away from prying eyes, after he had calmed down. I then proceed to calmly explain that his behaviour was unacceptable and that he should know better, as he is 40 something, married with children and in the time I have spent in Amsterdam, I have considered this man to be a work collegue that I can chat to and have a quiet word. But like all us black man know, this is a myth and I should have known better that to try and play Martin Luther King. I attempted to explain the following:-

1) It does not look good for a big man to be opening his mouth on a big woman, full stop. Especially a woman of colour and definately not in my prescence.

2) Regardless of what you were asking her to do, have respect as she is unable to comply, allow it man, stop stressing the lady and move on.

3) I am explaining this in a kind and gentle way, as the next time, a certain husband may have you pinned against the wall, while you count how many teeth you have left, although you are right.

4) How would you like for some man to be chatting to your wife in that tone, manner, rudeness?

Needless to say the man I was speaking to failed to adhere to any of my points, so I left it at that, until the woman in question stormed out of the office, past us obviously upset and in tears. There are eight other men in our office at not one of them stood up while this was occurring. I'm waiting to go into work tomorrow and will highlight to the entire team, about the need for respect towards fellow work colleagues, before someone comes at me with them Dutch attitude and I have to go ghetto and start dash fax machine in someone's headtop.

What is it with some men in the office, that they have to feel superior to other people, including women, when they have a wife at home, they could not talk to or even dream about talking like that? It's about respect and it seems, some men leave these at home, after the morning kiss on the doorstep.

Are we the new McCann's

We have just spent a wonderful week in the City of Amsterdam, aboard a boat in the heart of Amsterdam city Centre. As I already work here, I thought it would be a good idea for the family to see what Amsterdam is like and to open my son's eyes to a brand new world of ladies in shop window, coffee and smart shops, and the various other liberated lifestyle I take for granted here. Oh and to take wifey shopping, past those shops with the zipped underwear and holes cut out.

On the second day, Wifey and I needed a spliff (the stresses of looking for Jimmy Choo shoes in the middle of Amsterdam and Ice cream, Ice cream every five minutes) so we stopped off in a local coffeeshop that I frequent for 30 minutes., to gather thoughts and plan the next line of attack. I ordered soft drinks and savoury for the children while we indulged in the finest sativa Amsterdam has to offer, took the weight off our feet and reminisced about when we did this pre-children and argued about who use to pass out first, while the children were happy at another table, either glued to SKY Sports or colouring and drawing, which any parent with a daughter will gladly contend, they are at their happiest.

What we'd like to know from readers, is if we are worse than the McCann's, to enter a coffeeshop with our children or should we have left them outside and after every few tokes, go to check if they are still playing in 'Dam Square with the pigeons?

In the three days since this article hit the internet, the number of emails has blocked my yahoo account, so may I ask that we kindly stop, before we are the next family to appear on News at Ten and they don't want to be putting camera and microphone in my face, as I will go 'ghetto'. The conclusion was an over whelming 95% of parents wrote in to say, that we were well within our rights to enter the coffee shop with our children and they would have stayed longer. We even had 2 letters from readers who suggested that they would not have left the coffee shop, as it has been 13 years since they last left the country, due the hubby's work rota etc and would have let the children find there own way back to the boat. The strangest letter recieved was from a gentleman in Crystal Palace, London who asked whether the rubber fetish shop in Warmostraat was still opened, as they are the number one specialist's in rubber and fetish wear for men.

Liverpool lose to Barnsley - tee hee

And Rafa Benny is still in job? I was cheering on Barnsley to win, in the hope that Benny would be gone by the Sunday morning, when I woke for my church breakfast. As there is no impending news over the weekend or today, I can only summise the Liverpool board are in negoitioations with Paul Ince and the severity package. Roll on Inter on Tuesday night, hopefully a resounding 3-0 to Inter will suffice and force Benny out of his and install Incey by the weekend in time for the relegation six-pointer against Birmingham. Knowing my luck and Rafa's fortune, Liverpool will put in a resolute display, at Anfield, win the game 2-0 and the Rafa dream will come alive for another two weeks, beckoning him and his team to yet another Champions League Semi, and the red top press will portray Rafa as hero on a par with Shankley, while we finish a record 158 points behind either Arsenal or Manchester United in the premiership.

A word or two on Lee Jasper

When I started writing articles for this blog, I try not to cuss my black people, unless they are in some way harming or responsible for our current situation due to economic, social or lack of leadership qualities. One of these people, close to home, has just had his Dick Turpin masked removed. I waited a few weeks until the outcome from the GLC before releasing this blog.

I met this man about 15 years ago and I never did take to him. I thought him to be one of those fake black man (yes they are still about) who claim to be helping but only help line their own pockets. He chat's like a battyman and has mannerisms to match. Peeps who know me I don't take to dem kinda black man. Like they have something to hide or at times feel superior. a la Ashely Cole. When we met he wanted me to join his organisation based in Peckham at the time. I was just starting out as a younger revolutionary when we spoke and he was impressed by my readings, ideas and how I was a straight up field negro - all that Lee Jasper is not.

He then attempted to make a name for himself in local black matters throughout the nineties and early part of this decade, popping up here and there, doing nothing but promoting the Lee Jasper campaign, pretending to be defusing what ever current situation arose on the streets. He then went further into politics, becoming a spokesperson for the metropolitan police, before finding out he could fiddle in Ken's office undetected. It was while he be became a police spokesperson that alarm bells started really ringing. He appeared and carried himself even more smug than before and that's saying something if you knew him before. The Italian suits and dinners at fancy restaurants were above the station of a man said to be on £26,000 per annum, working for local government.

It's people like him, that make it hard for black people in the UK. He got to a position where he was supposed to help our people, especially the youngsters in gangs. And here he is setting up x amount of organisations in Africa, hustling money out to launder and various other activities associated more with my friends rather than a man holding public office on tax-payer's money. And to make matters worse he was at it again on the TV the other day, chatting about how the re-introduction of the SUS law could be a good thing. Raas we don't need black man like these allegedly helping us. They would take the last pair of brief's we had if they could get a pound at the market.

Israel - Who do you think you are?

I had to pen this thought after watching and listening to a Government Israeli Jew guy on the news last night. Basically the presenter asked if he felt sorry for a leading Palestenian man killed three years ago, rumoured to be assinated by the Israelian Government, to which the government man replied, he did not know who killed x, but he had many enemies and he felt no sympathy for his death. This from a man who's people were gassed by Hitler and had 6 million Jews die in the holocaust, during WWII. It's like Amy Whitehouse and Whitney Houston coming out of rehab and cussing the same people who made them clean and sober.

I have been following the Israel/Palestine issue for the past few years, as I like to get the full picture rather than watch SKY News and their biased reporting. In a nutshell for people who do not read the Times or Guardian 60 years ago there was no country called Israel, but there was a piece of holy land called Lebannon, where Jesus was born and many historic events have occurred during the past two thousand odd years. Lebannon was considered a holy place and lived in peace by all faith's and denominations. Today the people are more like refugees in their own land which now is about the size of a football pitch has been the increase of Israel's land mass over the past half century. You see Israel can carry on like Tyson because they are backed by the US with all the arms and weapons it needs to keep the little Palestinian man at bay. They show no compassion for a people so limited in resources that David Beckham and family have more underwear than these people. And not only that but the lack of respect they show in the holiest of holy land's is disgusting. A few weeks back in one of Israel numerious attacks against pea-shooter's Palestein, they bombed the actual church where Mary had Jesus. Fe real! The nativity stable where man was born was blown into a million pieces, while certain man was playing cowboys and indians. And yet no church man stood up to defend the bombing, the damage or the endless attacks on a people who's birthright was that land.

So the next time you see reporting of events in the middle east and especially the plight of the Palestinian's hopefully you'll have a better understanding and maybe in time harmony can be restored to a region decades deep in chaos.

Following the recent statements from the Archbishop of Canterbury, concerning Sharia Law, there's more to this than the slip of the tongue by an old codger, dressed in fancy dress, inflaming religious tensions, in an already ignorant filled country, who have no idea of the 'offside law' never mind the law of the land. There are hundreds of different laws, already in the UK, involving numerous religions, customs and traditions which are nothing to do with Christians and people living in the UK. Already Jewish, Hindu’s and Sikh are allowed to set up there own courts to administer the punishment that fits the crime, according to their belief's and faith. It has nothing to do with the British judiciary system, and is formed by members of the community. Quite what brought the Archbishop to make these statements and not write a simple letter, outlining his concerns to the Independent or the Guardian, leads me to think that there was an ulterior motive other than just spreading this nonsense. So if these courts are already in place, what was the purpose of those comments last Friday?

I have been privy to some inside information, as I was at one of the same adult's fancy dress party in Brighton a few years ago and was actually talking to this guy about certain matter's pertaining to lingerie and lubricant when Mr Bishop, as he was known on the door gave a fine rendition of himself at the famous and well known end of year Brighton orgy party.

This is nothing but Islam scaremongering and part of the systematic UK bashing of Muslim's. One week it's how Muslim's are raising suicide bombers as young as 12. The next it's an attack on the Iman's or Leader's within the Muslim communities. Then it's how Muslim's fail to integrate or they are demanding more rights. Then another week you'll have how Muslim women are prevented from attending sex shows. All of it is for the sole purpose to stir up hatred against the Muslims. The media do not level this heavy handed continuous attack against people of other denominations, as though September 11 only occurred yesterday. The number of innocent Muslim's arrested or placed in prison's at the hands of the racist police officers is enough to open a kebab stall on every wing of Belmarsh prison.

Two weeks ago, an article was published in the Scientist magazine, which critically questioned Britain’s values, pondered whether allowing so many immigrants with a variety of religions and cultures was having a detrimental affect on the fabric of a society based on Christian laws. The article went on to suggest what could happen to the UK, if the situation got no better and the cosmopolitan make up of the society continued increasing at its current rate. Again nothing but scare mongering, and stirring up religious zealots who like nothing, but to remove all religion if it could. That way those same people who are clamouring for the Muslims to 'get out' would like to see a return of corporal punishment, school detentions, death for police and child killers etc, but as they like to engage in multiple sex partners and drink excess amount of alcohol, then they seek someone who they think is more low-life than them-selves. And these funny people who wear Burka's and grown men in white trousers, then they'll do.

Basically my limited understanding of Sharia Law is that it's a law for Muslim's, that do not proceed the laws of the land, but where you have small domestic or civil matters, these can be brought before a local Iman or Clergy man rather than bring the matter to court. And for those dibby people who still want to get involved, this is only for Muslim's who accept Sharia Law and not for the mass of people in the UK. The Muslim make up 1% of the nation, so why there is a matter that has no explanation or substance and ultimately has nothing to do with the man in fancy dress, on the front cover's of most of the broadsheet's is beyond any one's guess. It's like me making a comment or discussing batty man issues, when I am not batty. My Mum used to say "Tek ya eye outta matty business". A quick translation means, you do not involve yourself in matters that do not concern you.

There was no need for the statement as Sharia Law, only affects Muslim's and those Muslim's who have accepted and practice Sharia Law. This accounts to about 10% of the muslim population in the UK, so why the Archbishop had to highlight a story that is so low in the pecking order, it was virtually on the floor. He should simply have come out and explained that what was available to many others should be made available to Sunni Muslim's in this country. The gutta tabloid media, turned the story upside down and have been quick to stir up controversy with they're excessive lies, half truths and more spins in a story, than the twister amusement ride at Thorpe Park. Personally I believe the UK to be in dire straits, with it's teaching's, guidance, lack of morality and spirituality, especially concerning the younger generation, which is spiraling out of control. Report after report, released from the European courts, shows that the UK is languishing at the bottom or close to, in terms of education, life expectancy, quality of life, disposable income and on and on. The only time Britain claim she is a Christian country is when she goes to war or into battle against another country or when they are dissing someone else's religion. Never mind the fact that up to 60% of people in UK do not accept any kind of religion in their lives, the Archbishop is either ill equipped or uneducated on the subject to be making such statements.

Most people who attend church on a Sunday, could not tell you all the Ten Commandments even if it was on the back of a Cornflakes box. If Britain is a Christian country then why are they so quick to knock down a church and put up a off-license or bookie shop, quicker than you can say planning permission and with very little defense being met by the locals. How many churches have been turned into wine bars in the past 20 years? The UK is as much religious as Britney Spears is a good Mum. Stop player hating on the Muslim's as they are entitled as much as anyone else, to live by laws laid down by the last updated version of the European Human rights bill of 1992. There are billions of people on this planet, where religion is very important in their lives, so let people be, before I get started on some of the church man in our communities you see more at nightclub and in Mercedes than you see giving sermon. If the church wants to get involved in community issues then start by helping the parents of those sons slain in the senseless gun violence. Start by educating the young woman against the problems of having children without good fathers or how to provide a house and environment where that child can grow to be someone who is proud of who they are, with a deep rooted sense of belief in a community pulling in one direction.

The UK needs to fix up it's own joke religion if you can call it that, bring some stability on how to raise children and condemn the stupid reality TV shows broadcast daily and bring an end to the 24hr drinking culture and high divorce rates before they start to question others people's religion via man dem in a pretty frock and a funky hat.

11yr old boy, can hear after cotton bud falls out

This is a story that should raise alarm bells in most black people households up and down the country. A young boy in Wales, while out playing with his friends, suddenly heard a pop and out fell after nine years, an old cotton bud, which had become dislodge and subjected his life of to one of partial deafness and misery.

Africans get too big

This African Nation's 2008 tournament held in Ghana, was supposed to be an amalgumation of all that is good about African football from the organisation, the turnout of the fans and the quality on show from the abudence of start players.

All the top teams had players plying their trade at the big clubs in Europe but it was Egypt, with their technical skills, through to their tactical know-how who came away with the trophy. For all their big chat, Drogba, Eto'o, Mikkel, Kalou and the Potsmouth boys were a huge dissapointment. Drogba needs to establish some kind of credibility, because walking around Africa as though you were John Terry does not wash with our people.

Where are the prizes for Goal of the month

As a youngster, growing up begging Mum if I could stay up to watch 'Starsky & Hutch' followed by 'Match of the Day', we prayed for the day, we could take part in Goal of the month competition and how we would spend the #100 premium bond's winning cheque on a top of the range Chopper or Tomahawk Grifter. You could imagine my disgust when I tuned in last night, prior to settling down to Amsterdam's ladies on Nderlands Channel 4 and listened while Gary 'Crisps' Lineker and Alan 'wish I was English' Hansen, introduced the January goal of the month and mentioned there will be no prizes. What the f**k? In this era of million pound a month footballer, the BBC cannot offer a prize for goal of the month? Raas!!! One footballer at the current African Nations tournament who helped his team into the semi final was offered a wife by a local tribeman. Now this is the kind of prize I can relate to, as I have yet to work out where you cash premium bonds or whether you can use this in transactions to purchase weed.

May I suggest the BBC get in line, as to have Africa ABC upstake you in a game you consider to be the formentor's to is not only laughable but as my niece would say 'shame on your forehead'. The Premiership Abroad

With the impending news that within a few years, you'll be able to attend an English premiership game in another country. Quite what the purpose of this is, I fail to see other than a financial gain to the F.A and to capitalise on the premiership brand. Maybe it's one way to get rid of certain manager's by having their teams play in countries where they may not return. Eastenders - What the f**k Bradley...

To those of you familiar with the ongoings at Albert Square, you would have notice the recent marriage of Bradley and Stacey. Just before I continue, I would like to add that at times in Holland the TV coverage is poor until midnight and then Holland TV comes to life. But during the evening I am greatful to recieve any kind of UK TV possible, even if it is Countdown and Ender.

What I noticed the other night, was that Bradley had a good good job, as my Mum would say. Decide to get marry to the girl on the market stall, while he was contemplating promotion, endless business lunches and a company car to rival that of his estranged Father, Max. All was going to plan until they returned from honeymoon.

Upon their return with Stacy grinning that she is now entilted to half, Bradley lost his job and is now working in the market as some kind of inspector, able to keep on eye on Wifey no doubt, to ensure she does run off to Max, while pretending to be stock taking. The strange thing I found through my weed tinted glasses, would be that a black man would not ever contemplate lowering his standards to such an extent in such a short space of time. I mean he did not even try to go and see the local guy on the housing estate and get a key of hash on bail for three weeks. He could have bought a barrel of export items from India and knocked them out on ebay or in a pound shop. Nor did he go to see the Nigerian man and enquire about any passport and counterfeit operation in full flow, he could get a piece of. If the show is to be realistic then can they show real life situations. Even a small street robbery or insurance fraud on wifey's stock, could get them a two bedroom in Torremolinos. Why it's not good to listen to G Unit while at work

As one of those people who loves to listen to my music, even at work so as not to engage in idle and batty chat, I am forever found with earphones in ear typing away looking busy, all the while, I am merely completing registration forms to subscribe to free porn sites.

Today, I arrived to work, happy as usual (most contractors wake up happy, even if we have one leg - we're going to work and getting paid) and after my customery review of the broadsheet newspapers, I plug in and tune out. I have the latest G Unit album, download of course, as I have not been in a record shop for nearly eight years and have no intention of purchasing music again. Bless you, who ever invented downloads, mp3's and mpegs. Anyway, I have the latest G Unit mixtape album of G Unit, with Fiddy and Banks back to they're lyrical best. Anyway to cut a long story short, in the middle of one the tracks, where Banks was spitting lyrical wax on Cameron (you need to reply Cameron), I lost myself for a moment and blurrted out 'I splurt with the gat, mutherfucking, G Unit'. Needless to say the looks I recieved from the rest of my team members cast me as the devil quicker than you could say Bin Laden and the myth that I listened to Elton John and Robbie Williams has been well and truely squashed.

University Education vs Street Education

Being a person who is not College or University educated, I have found that working in the work industry for the past twenty-three years that in fact it is a hindrunce to be Uni educated rather than get a job and hustle.

You see when you come through the education system as we have in the UK, uni ed, deprives you of your naturel desire to better yourself and places a ceiling limit of how far you can grow, develop and the things that ulimately aspire you in your career or work field.

Within I.T. I meet these uni bods all the time, and as I am the opposite of all they stand for and represent, I love to challenge, my skills, knowledge and wisdom against these guys from all corners of the globe. And after all these years the number of people I can count of greater knowledge than myself would be less than a handful. This is not because of any great wisdom and guidance I picked up in Peckham and Southwark back in the day, rather that people on the streets are more intune to the real world and do not live in some so called 'plastic bubble'. For example, should people ask me what I do as a living, I simply say work in computers. And that's it. I do not eleborate and give details, because I have found in my experience, most computer people to be the most boring, obnoxious, ignorant people on this planet. Speak to a computer guy about servers and networks and what the best software is for doing home accounts and he/she will provide you with a wealth of free information you would need to canel your summer holiday, if you were to ask at PC World. But ask those same people what they think about the current situation in Kenya or the senseless shootings in England and they claim either ignorance or speak in a tabliod fashion without any facts or compassion for the oppressed/victim.

I believe this partly because for a number of years while studying and living in 'shire they were cut off from real exsistence and missed something along the way. That thing called life. Single parent mother's, unemployed and people on low income, know all about real life, it's vices and importantly who is to blame for their plight. Street education harden's you for life's lessons, however painful, whereas studying the composite social teachings of Marx, means you end up at 35 walking around as many woman are claiming, 'Man 'boy'.

This is primarily a message to you females out there who are mashing up man life with your Baby Momma Drama. For those not this side of the Atlantic, to be caught up in Baby Momma Drama is akin to serving 25 to life for a crime you did not commit. In a nutshell, you can spend your whole life being a good father, leading your family to pastures new etc and then when Miss Lady at home decide's she does not want to have sex parties or make an assortment of cheese and tomato triangle sandwiches. before you know it, you regular, taken-for-granted, role as Father is regulated to part-time and visits to Burger King on Saturday's.

I just ask for women out there with children to think twice before you subject us men to such a life of 1 person ready meals and circling half term dates on the Halle Berry 2004 (swimsuit year) calender. Not preaching here, just asking for you mother's to have consideration for us men and not always hope that the law comes down on your side. Children are involved and regardless of your relationship with your partner, think of the effect of the children and at times it is not always the fault of the man. It always takes two to tango, or to butterfly, put the well being of the child as a priority and not use the man to blame for all of the ills.

As a black person I welcome the return of sytematic police public brutality as much as I would be glad to see us return to sitting at the back of the bus. As a teenager attending college my friends and I were subjected to this attack on a daily basis. This has led me to have a such a disdain for the police and authority that I place them on a par with the low-lifes and crack-heads. Even today, after 25 years I spit on the floor when I pass them in the street. Not on one occassion did I have a policemen talk to me kindly or inquire as to my whereabouts. It was always a public display of maschosim, that I was unaware of at the time and on two seperate occassions I had drugs planted on me, in order to either confess to some known crime or to grass on my mates. This is the real reason for the discussion about returning to these barbaric laws. I have yet to hear anyone discuss whether it would help catch any terrorists or the illegal people who enter the country in their thousands on a daily basis. Because the SUS laws is all about making black people's lives more miserable than they currently are.

I am fully aware there is a huge gun crime occurring on our streets, to such an extent, living in London is akin to being an extra on the Scarface movie set. They'll soon be selling bullet proof jackets in Primark and made to order bullets in shopping centres up and down the country. I overstand that we have parents who have children caught up in this endless and foolish battle for props and so called respect, who are either forced into gangs for protection or enter the gang world as a way to make paper. I totally overstand from the youths that work is difficult to obtain and when you get that elusive job, that Aunty is keen to know all about, do your work collegaues treat you any better than they did Kunte Kinte, back in the day?

There should be other incentives other than drapsing up man by the shop window of Abbey National and then have to let him go, all because he matched the description. Why can the police not enter and talk to the leaders of the communties where the main trouble is occuring and offer a better surveilleance and protection for its neighbourhood? How come we don't hear no shoot out and man get merc'd in Knightbridge? Why do not the police employee more black police constables and black man in top positions instead of always grass roots, running around picking up tramps in the park? Can the police not implement a scheme whereby they have a day where they mix with the same community that they police? Such as a sports day or similar. The point I'm making is that there are a whole heap of different and better solution's they could implement before they even consider taking us back to those pre riot days. To those policeman who remember we were softly sofltly in dem day, as a result of listening to too much soul music and Luther Vandross. Let me tell you something about these new youths out there. You think some of we was bad because we used to go a dance and listen to Shaka and Coxsone or go late night pictures and come out 3am practising Snake in the Monkey Shadow? Well those youth-man today, on the streets will not accept them stop and search foolishnesss and unless one of them five-0 man want his wife and children to be planning his funeral I would suggest you take your fucking racist suggestions back to your bosses and tell him to go on Heygate estate at 1am and stand firm.

For security purposes I cannot divulge the name as it would be in breach of contract and I have better things to spend my tax-exempt-offshore wages on.

Today - Monday February 4th 2008

9:00 Arrived at work

9:10 - 10:00 - Read the news papers. First The Independent, then Telegraph, BBC News then Observer. Have to know what is happening in the world before I know whether systems and servers are running. The world is more important than my job. Well that's my excuse. During this period I drink far too much coffee and croissants.

10:10 - Found out my boss was not in today - so I'll be home in time to watch the African Nations game, even if it is Angola vs Egypt. Getting paid, while watching football, any football makes me feel like Rio, so don't player hate.

10:15 - Wrote two articles for blog: Barak Obama and Tiger Woods

11:00 - Changed a password for a user.

11:02 - Got January timeshet signed - very important day for contractors. Similar to Queen's Jubilee.

11:10 - Visited Project Manager, to explain I was snowed under with work and could he help move the dates on some of the projects I have.

11:30 - Wifey was on messenger and had tasks for me: look up stuff, inquire about this, can I print this off, send an email to blah blah and have I done..? Even 1000kms away I don't get a chance to hide. Just love them and buy them shoes....

12:30 - Read football365 for footy update, checked emails for job offer's, Men's latex catalogue and to to see if Whitney Houston has replied

13:00 - Lunch

14:30 - Returned from lunch. Indonesian today - local in Rembradplein.

14:35 - 15:00 Discussion in office about Lewis and feisty Spanish man.

15:00 - Internet Surfing. Sent email no. 1782 to Whitney Houston (leave me and Whitney alone)

15:45 - Project Manager agreed to extend one of my project's by another month.

16:00 - Went home after a long day in the office, having saved the bank millions and felt I contibuted to my team's efforts for the day and justified my day's rate as a consultant for a multi billion pound organisation. Hopefully if I get back in time, can arrange to have afternoon booty call with wifey, but when I called she explained it was inapproriate time, as she is about to collect our daughter from school, but she could spare 6 minutes, if that helps. Children.....

Do you need us Lewis?

Following reports from Spain, that Lewis Hamilton was subjected to a racial abuse at the hands of Spanish fans of Hamilton's former team mate, Fernando Alonso, have not only sent shock waves through the world of motor racing, but in barber-shops up and down the country, the message has been, "We never been to Spain, but we glad to go and thump up two Spanish man".

I understand in sport there is rivalry and Alonso's fans may well feel agrieved by any actions that Lewis perfomed last year in their epic battle to wrestle the championship from eventual winner Kimi Raikkonen. But there is a limit and when, in front of 55,000 fans at testing, many of them screaming "puto negro" (black bastard) and "negro de mierda" (black shit) were clearly heard. Wore t-shirts with klu klux klan and monkey images and turing up with spears and wigs, then we do not need to wait for any official body to tell us that things are out of hand. Especially against a sports person, unable to defend himself through losing millions in endorsements and advertising revenue people who will not welcome Hamilton jumping out of his car and showing some Peckham road rage, then those Spanish fans have crossed the line. To make matters worse, this is not the only occassion in recent history where the Spanish have been brought to account over racial abuse. In England's football match in Spain last year, many black players were also subjected to a torrent of abuse, by the fans, regardless of the prescence of David Beckham on the pitch or the match being shown live on BBC. At the time, there was much talk about the players walking off the pitch, but again money talked, sex video's were made in Spanish hotels and that was the last we heard of the matter; until now.

So what is to happen when one of our sports or musicians are verbally attacked abroad and unable to defend themselves through fear of alienating a market who will never understand the total impact of racism? The fact we are having to discuss this matter in the 21st century proves the current laws and rules do not work. Are we to wait until one of the fans jumps the fence and physically attacks Hamilton? And heaven forbid if Hamilton raises his hands to defend himself. Damm you could just see the tabloid headlines "Savage Hamilton shows his true colours". I can't speak as Lewis' representative, but should he seek some advice from a bro who understands, then may I suggest from now on Lewis, you walk with your people. Get one of them bodyguard you see on the doors of Limelight's and make him walk with you in public. Soon these people will get the message, and should things kick off from there, there is only one solution left. Go to Deptford and buy a Mac 10 for £265 and show them man that you're strapped.

Them people in sports should be so lucky that they don't meet up some of my peeps from South London and surroundings. We don't do chat, when we feel victimised and if we're wrong, we're wrong. Too much fuckries going on in the world and when a man at the top of his profession is still being treated like the cleaner from Peckham picture house or the man who drives the train at Elephant & Castle underground Bakerloo line, then is it little wonder the youth's on the street turn to violence so quickly, in order to gain respect.

Don't bury your head in the sand Lewis. Standup and show you listen to Jadakiss and G Unit. Show that you know how to cuss some bad word, even if little children have to hear. Come out and say something so you show the people you're not just another sell-out black man prepared to take the papers, whatever the costs and keep your mouth shut. The ball is in your court Lewis, do the right thing or call us and let us handle your business.

The Tiger and the chasing pack

Once in a while a sports person comes along and either re-writes the passages of history or changes the way the current game is played and makes the other competitors raise they're game to a standard, medical scientists will have difficulty re-producing on the next release of golf on the wii.

That person is none other than Tiger Woods the golfer. In a sport, where black people were not allowed to enter the gates, 25 years ago, Tiger has reinvented the game considered to be above our station. Without getting into too many facts, statistics and endless superlatives I could throw Tiger's way, I just wanted to highlight the latest comic line he threw out after winning his 63rd professional golf tournament.

Last week, prior to the Dubai Golf Classic, Ian Poulter, A British golfer, just inside the world's top 25, gave an interview where he claimed he was the only golfer on tour able to challenge Tiger and spoil Tiger's quest for the Tiger Slam (Golf's four major's won in a single season). During the tournament, I wondered where Poulter was. Not even at the same tournament as Tiger, but at the same time beating up his gums. Tiger arrived and destroyed the course for the first two days. On the third his putting was slightly off, couldn't get the right line, and he shot a 73 to give his rivals, Ernie Else, Nicholas Fasth and Lee Westwood a sniff of chance, overnight. The final day saw Tiger trailing by four shots, but those of us who have watched Tiger's career from infancy, had our spliff's, vimto and Amstel beer on hand, as we, like all the players knew, that this was Tiger's day. Four shots behind, wind swirling, not putting too great - A no big ting. Needless to say, Tiger wore his customery red shirt for the final round and birdied three of the last four holes to win by a stroke over Els. Nuff said.

At the victory speech, the commentator asked Tiger how he felt about winning his first two tournaments of the season, to which Tiger replied, "I could not have asked for much else, as the new number two, Ian Poulter is breathing down my neck". Classic Tiger. Watch your back Barak

It is now down to a straight forward race between Hilary Clinton and Barak Obama. On the eve of Super Tuesday, when the final rounds of voting takes place in California, there will be left two deligates from the Democratic party and one member from the Republican party, before final nominations are held in November. From here on in, expect to see American politics scale to heights not seen since the JFK era.

In a nutshell, you have the possibility of either the first black president or the first female president of the most global and capitalistc country on the planet. The next seven months will prove whether America is ready to embrace either of them. I have my doubts for a number of reasons. Hilary is still the only one left, that has not rejected that the US lied and misled it's own people into the war on Iraq and she is a firm advocator and supporter of Israel, and therefore cannot be about peace in the Middle East. Then you have brother Barak. He's articulate, intelligent, a solid leader and most importantly has implemented plans and goals to end the war, reduce inflation and with that restore the confidence to a nation that has been battered and bruised since this decade began.

My only worry is not the voters and the electorate, it's the powers above the President. The real players. The Rockefellers, the Bilderburg Group and the Council for Foreign Relations, Bill Gates and dem people. Also known as the 'Nightmare Team' also consisting of statesmen and world leaders, such as Henry Kissenger, Colin Powell, Kofi Annan and new entrant Tony Blair. This is where Geroge Bush will reside when he leaves office at the end of the year. Planning and scheming to install the next president or prime minister, wherever in the world. Even at this late stage, with the votes cast, I expect to see someone other than the three main players to emerge and claim the Presidency, as Barak and Hilary are seen as weak bellied and therefore liable to unwelcomed attacks from the media and right-wing groups, unable or unequipped to defend. (Black Bill's problem) To be the leader of the United States, the number one charateristic the leader must posses is an ability to deflect and spin personal attacks and turn them into positive victories, hence the reason Little Georgie has been in power for eight years and 'Black Bill' only served four.

Hilary has a political luggage stemming way back to Nixon and the Watergate scandal of the 1970's. With hubby Bill riding shotgun on the campaign van instead of chasing gal around Washington, pretending to be Mack Bill, they both have been playing the race card against Barak, to distarrous effect. The voters have realised they are in dire straits and now is not the time to be comparing Obama to 50 Cent. More important are their jobs, recession, rising interests rates, whether they will be able to put petrol in the cadilac and the increasing costs of medical insurance.

As for Obama he is a different kettle of fish. The hierachy did not expect him to play ball this well. It's as though Barack is now quaterback, and we need only glance through the pages of history to see not only there have been two quaterback super bowl winners but the number of US black leaders, heading for the white house has been even less. So now they have a dilema, as what to do with the black man who has the majority of the votes, able to bridge the race gap and actually put an end to the endless cost of the Iraq war, said to be costing the US $2 billion a week in aid, resources and troops.

We have not heard the last of this campaign, regardless of what happens tomorrow in Super Tuesday. And expect to see a lot of mudslinging or worse over the coming months as the US enters into an era of uncertainty which could have a profound effect in years to come. Already there are odds on whether Barak will make it to November. I have my doubts, knowing these people and the significance of a black man head of the biggest army in the world, with all that power at his disposal. Imagine Barak has argument with Baby-Love in the morning, over some foolishness like, he was meant to empty the rubbish and he forgot or did not do it correctly and that day he is scheduled to fly to Japan on state visit. Now my man has to travel x amount of mileage with stress on his head, cause you know to black man, argument is not finished until we get the last word. Carry on discussion with baby-love on Air Force One, instead of finalising plans on how much export we gone allow the Japanese. Uh uh... It's OK for Fifty and Jay Z to floss around the offices of Def Jam and Interscope and chat about being CEO, but when you raise the stakes to presidential level, then we are playing a different game, where there can only be certain winners and Barak is not one of them. Thoughts of run Jesse run spring to mind when I see Barak get this close to that infamous house.

What is it about certain man in life? This week, a French trader loses £3.7 billion on the stock market and with it most probably thousands of people's jobs and can walk from court house and straight into a lap dancing club, with not so much as a tag on ankle.

And then you have Rafa fart house allowed to keep his job, after yet another embarrassing performance, this time at the hands of part timers, who's name escapes me right now, but I distinctly recall a few were dustmen, window cleaner's and one even worked at B&Q.

How she overcame such hostility and deprevation to become the Mother, Wife, writer and icon for British black women that she has become today, is still beyond belief after reading this book.

Karl Pilkington could be considered the funniest comedien over th past 50 years, but then again he would find it an insult to be termed a comedien. I dare you to not read this book in one sitting and not buy another 5 copies of amazon for your friends.

John Barnes - Out of his Skin

As a Liverpool fan for more than 30 years, I read most autobiographies and interesting books about past and present players. This one intrigued me, not so much an auotbiography, but how another black perosn viewed Johnny B's period, while playing for Liverpool. The before and after racism conflicts, the passion for JB to lead campaigns either highlighting racism or ending injustice. A well thought out book, that gives you another insight into that period at Liverpool when we were kings.

Brian Clough - Dammed United

For any admier of footballer and it's characters, this is one of the best football books I have ever read. It details Clough's terbulant period as Manager of Leeds United in 1974, following the depature of Don Revie to manage Enland. Clough lasted only 44 days at the club, he had spent the previous 5 years labelling as thugs. His first words when greeting his new team who had just been crowned champions, was "You're all shit, and you won nothing fairly and I'm here to make you proper champions". What a legend.

Donda West - Rasing Kanye

Sadly, three months after realeasing this book, Kayne's mother passed away following a severe and sudden illness. It just goes to show, treasure every moment you have with your loved ones, especially Mum. As I have been banging on about on this blog, when you're parents are successfull it's is much easier for the children to follow and as a new set of parents comes to the fore, parents like this set thebenchmark. Kayne's Mum, is a true leader in that respect and has layed down the standards required for modern day parenthood. A must read for any parent or a book for Mum.

In the Meantime: Finding Yourself and the Love You Want

Oh man, where do you want to me to start with this book. Granted I have not recently read this, but had to include in this review. It's from the lady who bought you 'Acts of Faith' and if you're asking what 'Act's of Faith' is - then shame on you. Finding Yourself, is for everyone who has not cleared their minds for more than a decade and removing those old ideas and concepts, channelling them into constuctive and workable actions. This book will challenge you to question, who, how and why you love. How love differ's between your Parents, your wife and your children, How to not be shy to love, how to give and what you can expect. Without this book, I would not be celebrating 15 years of happiness with wifey but more like posses a black book of phone numbers and looking to find some nightclub at 40 years old.

Superbad: The Violent Rise and Fall of the Black Mafia

Following the movie American Gangster, I delved to uncover how Denzil could get away with the drugs and who was Nicky Barnes. Well boy oh boy. This is an eye opener. We have some black man who can rival John Gotti and Mr Giovanni. This lays the background to the murders and killings in Philedelphia during that period and how many Black Muslims were leading double lives acting as law abiding citizens during the day and audtioning for Godfather once nightime falls. A great read for those interested in GodFather and US history.

Last night, news came out of the USA, not about the leadership challenge involving Barak Obama and Hilary Clinton, but of a new vending machine, operating out of California, where it distributes weed and good sensi, rather than a coffee white with sugar ioBefore you rip up your dealer's number or cuss about the last small bag you bought, this service is only available to those with proof of a medical condition which requires weed or for those familiar with the Microsoft copy software.

Like all good things which derive from the States, it will be in the UK in the early part of 2014, depending on the government at the time. Could be a good reason to start voting....

Also from the land that bought you Hamburger's and 2 for one meals, McDonald's has launched an A level course where students can study for a McJob. Last Saturday, back home in France, my daughter and I were exiting a shop when this conversation took place.

Daddy: "Kelisse, Daddy normally open's the door for you, that's my job, but be careful of the road, Princess".

Kelisse: "Yes, I know Papa, but am I allowed to open the door sometimes?".

Daddy: "Of course Princess, but you know Daddy like's to do those things. Do you know what 's it's called when a man opens the door for a lady and those kind of things?"

Kelisse: "I think it's chiver or something like that Daddy. Mummy told me one day".

Daddy: "That's right princess, chivalry. It's when a man does small things like open the car door and walk next to the traffic, when we are out in the street".

Kelisse: "So when I get married, Daddy, will my boyfriend be chivalry man ?"

Daddy: "You're not getting married darling, you can live with Daddy and Mummy until Daddy dies, and then you can stay with your big brother, as Daddy does not like to think of you with boyfriend or getting married, ever! You're Daddy's princess and I know how dem man on street can be naughty. Can we talk about Dora or Narnia?"

Kelisse: "But Daddy, what happens if I want to get married and have children. Mummy says...."

Daddy: "You're not having children, you need to concentrate on going to school. Now go and sit in your car seat, listen to your little music and give Daddy some peace and quiet for 2 minutes. We'll be back home soon and then you can chat to Mummy about dem talk".

Daddy: "Kelisse, just ignore papa. Of course you will be getting married and I'm sure you will have children and we can be Grandparents, but right now you're my Princess and Daddy does not like to think about dem kinda things yet. I just love you?".

Kelisse: "You're the best Daddy in the world and I love you too, but Daddy when you were a boy did you used to be naughty?".

Daddy: "I just love Mummy OK, I do not know about any girls before I met your Mummy".

S Type 3.0 Automatic with Leather interior... What's your's called ??

Just picked up the new whip from Germany and test drove it a 1000 kilometeres back to France. What a ride. I had no music for over 10 hours but if you passed me on the Autobahn on Friday evening, between Germany, Luxembourg and France, I was the driver with the big cheesy grin who had no G Unit or 2Pac tunes, but was busting car dance moves that would put Michael Jacko and Usher to shame.

I deliberatley held off from smoking my 'Bob' until I reached back to France, and then it was as though I had just been released from a 2 year stint at Belmarsh. Needless to say wifey found something to complain about, upon my return. It would not be the same othwerwise. Seat warmer not hot enough, the air bag is the wrong colour, couldn't they have smaller wheels and how do I get around to do the shopping? So I called my boys and we bigged up each other and planned our weekend to take the car around Europe and see if we can floss like Anton Ferdinand and Nigel Reo Cocker. (If you have not seen the video clip of those two dancing to Souljah Boy - I will put it up here later in the week)

I am now back in Amsterdam, so I left wifey with the car that she does not really like but makes her feels like a WAG. I had the dreaded phone call this morning, that she is having difficulty parking the car at the local supermarket.... You just can't win with them, just love them and buy them shoes....

p.s: Needless to say I will be selling Jaguar t-shirt's and baseball caps and giving free advertising space to Jaguar. I do not need any player-hater's telling me that the S type is not a real Jag blah blah. Save dem chat for white guys as black man only interested if we look good when we pass shop window and how many digits we collect. Not that I am in the digit collecting game, actually quite happy at home, it's just an observation and should any females look to chirp me, while I am cruising in my 3.0 litre, automatic, leather interior, seat warmer, then I am already taken, have 2 children and wifey, who has already warned me that I will be washing my own brief's for the next year, should I engage in discussion with someone from the opposite sex. Aint nothing going on but the rent

As a person who was born into so-called poverty, although our family did not feel like that, I entered into adult life none more the wise than I started out, to now be in a position where I am considered to be in the top ten per cent of the nation with regards to earning potential as a professional computer consultant. I am therefore in a unique position to detail my thoughts on money, it's problems, rewards, misconceptions and truths. Also highlight the difference's between those who have and those who have less and hopefully explain why earning money is more than a materialistic venture or trying to floss a Jay Z lifestyle.

For the last 20 years I have been a computer consultant, never having a permanent job, taking the risk to earn more money without security!!, or yearly apprasial's. I decided at an early age it is difficult to have a career and money and if I had the choice I'd rather have the money. I was partly swayed, by growing up in south London during the 70's and 80's. From back in the day, we were wearing Burberry Mac and 40 pound shoe to go to school. My first pay packet went completly on a Benetton jumper and I walked to work the following week, having learnt I like money and want more of it. I'd seen too many people continue to slave away for a pittance, while certain people in society discussed swimming pools and extension's. When I landed my first job, I was as niave as Titus Bramble and the art of defending. Clueless to say the least. The turning point was reading Malcolm X's autobiography. From then on everything became crystal clear, it was though I was Stevie Wonder for the first 21 years of my exsistence. I used to question things before but reading Malcolm squashed any doubts I possesed. Ruthlessly. That was more than twenty years ago and I have never looked backed since. Malcolm X is more than a role model to me. Other than my family members, I believe him to be the greatest human being in the last 200 years. Period.

With my eyes and ears opened, since 1992 I have earnt ₤1000 a week and since 2001 this has more than doubled, now to the rate of ₤11,000 pounds per month at the beginning of 2008, and should I be here another two months you can believe I am going to be seeking my boss and give him the down low on youths clothes, wifey handbag, Mummy need new fridge - dem chat - and could an extra £1000 a month be cool. In the market of IT this is just above average, not excessive, but comfortable enough to not worry about the ballif's knocking on the door. I am forever surrounded by similar people who's plan's and ideas of holidays would in the real world border on the insanity but in this cheap version of footballer's life style I get to see some things privvy to only those this side of the four figure a week brigade. Take last Friday for example. Someone in the office order's cakes for Friday, which is a traditional Dutch treat, known as Vfali. We are a team of ten and I am one of the lowest paid, so you get the scene. Money men, with nothing to do but plan exotic holiday and who can spend the most on wifey this weekend. To me I love them jokes. I don't want to be around people stressing about, they can't do this or that. Eventually that negativity rubs off on you, so better to be around money man. Anyway, back to the cake story. These are those ₤15 cakes, that you think twice about treating the wife to unless you're on a promise. Now this chap, was meant to order two, but mistaking Dutch for another language, three cakes arrived and he duly paid for three. And extra ₤15. No hassle no debate and gladly brought the three large cakes in the office for the rest of the pack to feed off.

Now in the world I was brought up in, this could not have happened. There would have been and endless argument and the baker had better understand that this was his mistake and he better fix the problem quick before someone get didgy and have to bring drama in the reception area of a large multi billion dollar organisation. If the baker, who kindly had brought the cakes left with anything less than a fat lip, he could consider himself fortunate. This is where I come from. We don't make mistakes that cost us money. And if we do it's a life or death matter. On the spot; there and then, regardless of circumstances, environment or the cost. I've noticed people with money are different. More humble. Yes, more are stupid than people in the real world, but they are also less harmful. More like your weed junkie than your alcoholic. It's the same when you go out to lunch or restaurant with money men. There could be four or five of us at a table and the drinks bill would come to say ₤150 - ₤200. One man will get up and say, I got that. Just like that. ₤200 bills - no problem. Raas, you no that don't go down in Camberwell. I love my people, but damm, we need to fix up a little better. When I'm back in town and go out with my boys, I always try and pay the whole bill, one because I don't see them that often and two, because I realise my position/situation and do it out of love for my spa's. But some people are not having it. They would be at the table dividing up shit and calculating that the you only had two spritzer and should only pay x. Raas....Look, I'm forty something and I can't be eating my food with people like that. We need to grow up and show we is big people.

Another thing I noticed, is that people without money think money it's not important. Well let me tell you this as an adult with two kids and a missus who think she lives on the set of 'Sex and the City' , money is fucking important. Are there any people out there who have not paid they're Gas bill or last telephone bill cracking Jamie Foxx jokes? If so, please write in, so I can expose your ass to the world and ask what the fuck you are doing as a grown up adult. Don't get me wrong, love, family and health are more important than material wealth, but I have never met anyone come back from Bahamas and say, "That was shit, I wish I had gone to Butlin's". Life is about balance and one person's desire and fetish is different from another person.

As a black person brought up like many of us today, with no expectations and none other than to be thankful to have a job and not to look no higher than clerk, to reach where I have after twenty odd years was no way easy and I am fucking proud of where and what I have accomplished. I did not attend any further education like university or college. I learnt the hard way, by educating myself and seeking to further that knowledge on a daily basis. Whether that be relationship, friendship, work, Fatherhood, Son, Brother, whatever, along the way we all make mistakes and go through adversity, but it's what you learn and how you cope with the falls, that teaches you how to keep getting up, prepared to be knoecked agan, but knowing the rewards and the journey is what life is all about. Money is like a marker, not in a status or bragging way like a lot of white guys, but a challenge and defianace to all the negative people who entered your life. A way we can measure against people like Trevor Phillips, Sir Trevor Mc, Ian Wright and Lennox Lewis. And being in this postion is just the start. To start to spread a message which will eventually and with God's blessing enable more of our black people to come through as I have have done and see that there are more fruits under the tree than that stale old orange.

Money has enabled me to see parts of the world, I could only dream of when I used to go to school on the Old Kent road. Money has opened doors to show my children sights and places I couldn't even spell when I was they're age, never mind visit. My 5 yr old daughter has been on an aeroplane as much as my Mum, and I did not go on a plane until I was 11. I use the plane more times than a bus, hopping between Amsterdam, Marseilles, Frankfurt, London or wherever I claim to be working. But I look on that as a positive note, as it's all about evolution and money plays an important role in that. For us to grow and set the marker, we need role model's other than sports personel and singer's. Role model's our youth's can realistically measure against, who looks like them, acts like them, talks like them, grew up like them etc...We have to set goals and raise standards - a bit like how for example, Rio Ferdinand's son cannot be seen working at the local petrol garage. Rio's son/daughter has too be bigger and better than Rio in whatever course of life he or she chooses. That is not Rio's fault. It's called evolution. Rio's parent's paved the way for Rio and Anton. Now they pave the way for their children to be better and more successful. Problem's arise when the child has passed the adult in terms of employment status or finance or that the parent has become complacement as though there is nothing more to aim for in life, instead of growing with the child, realising they have a different role to play as elder parent and grandparents and not hanging their bottom lip complainig of how we children fled the nest and left them penniless and broke. When you're Mum is on the board of council for the environment then as a child, you cannot come up and be working in Greggs the baker's. That is not evolution that is wha-de-raas-tion and that kind of mentality needs to go quicker than Didier Drogba's hair style.

The days when people used to earn 10k a month and you could live like king are over. Ten grand a month buys you a little freedom that I can pay my bills ahead of schedule and more or less decide where I want to go on holiday with the family. I'm at a stage of my life where I can make my Mum sleep at night, without financial worries, and those especially with black Mother's know you cannot put a price on making sure Mummy has a smile and not to fret when the fridge or washing machine packs up. I can do things for my nieces and nephews which will get them a little start in life, something we all want for our loved ones. But this can also have the reverse effect. For example I notice my son, does not have the same drive and desire to better himself that I had when I were his age. At times I think whether because he is surrounded by money and it's so called trappings, that it is difficult for him to comprehend the real world? He notice's that the car will have a problem and before you know it, we have a hire car on the drive-way for a week. I do wonder how he will learn hardship like we did back in 70's, but maybe it's a different era and like all good things in life, time will tell. He view's a restaurant as like a second kitchen and goes through clothes like he's auditioning for junior versace. My young daughter think's everyone has a TV in their bedroom and wonder's why her friends do not download Dora or Bratz. I love the fact that she can explain to you that vietnamese restaurants do not sell Chicken Tikka Masala and tries to use chopsticks when we go to a chinese. This is an experience and education in life I could not have provided them without money and sufficent funds. I understand money has made us like this, but we all have a choice and I decided I didn't want to go to bed worrying about the bills and use that area for better purposes. I wanted to have a choice in my future and dictate the start my children had in life, without being part of a lottery. And you cannot do that on 1975 money. We're living in an era where crap footballers earn mega bucks. You can either get vex or get your piece of the cake and getting vex does not allow you to eat at the Ivy or give your children the confidence to make the step . Without enough money you never get the space and peace to breathe in order to better your life. Money enables you to do that. Money enables you not to have to worry so much if the washing machine breaks down. So money removes pressure and removing that presure enables you to think more clearly and plan a better future for your family. Money enables you to move on with your life instead of always hitting dead-stops. Of course I am not exempt to everyday problems like normal human beings, just as much as David Beckham farts in his car and Posh controls the finances. We all have marital and family issues and problems that crop up and have to be taken care of. Like most men, I have no say in my house with two females and the young one at that age, where she now has more shoes than me. I have found in 15 years of living with wifey, that when you remove the money chat, they have less to stress and worry about and more time for freaky x-rated adult games involving fruit, ice cream and a green chilli. So it's not only economical but it also has its advantages in the midnight hour, get down low department, which at the end of the day is what we spend most of the day thinking about. Or should this not be your cup of cocoa, then you have the option of spending your days off, hogging YOUR sofa, watching 4 hours of uninterruptted cricket, while the rest of the family are at the beach, because as a black man we really have no place being at them place and the option of cricket on SKY SPORTS 3, x amount of good weed and lager in the fidge or being at the beach, is really no competition. Because you paid the rent motherfucker. The Rent!

I had one close friend, who is still friend, who in the early stages of his marriage made his girl cut coupons out of the newspaper to save on groceries. Yeah I witnessed it with my own eyes. All because he was not man or strong enough to change his job to bring in more money. And that is the bottom line. Remove the fear to change job. Men need to take responsibility for our families and children. We got a society where both men and women are going out to work and we wonder why little Johnny is sniffing glue after school or worse walking around like mack-daddy, talking about GATand he got rep. It's because men folk, allow women to be all and sundry instead of us taking care of business. Don't get me wrong women should work if they want, but the main payments and breadwinner of the house should be from the man. How are you to show your son to be a man if you are sending his Mummy out to do somehing she does not want to do or does not enjoy? Fifty years ago, such thoughts would have you banished to the tower. And even in caveman era, men did not send women out to catch the lion and buffalo to then enter their modern day cave and season it, before cooking. How are you showing you daughter the type of husband she is to seek if you are sending her Mummy to slave away in a baker's for eight hours a day and then expect to come home cook, clean and make sure the ironing is done. And then on top of that you want her to perform some Lil Kim, legs behind neck moves, and when she does not comply you deem her frigid. I'm surprised I do not hear more stories of women chopping up men's clothes due to their selfishness to not act like a real man. I even went as far to reseach that most men with money eat the coochie while poor men turn their nose up and complain about the taste. Now if that is not a way to tell you that money men are happy, then I am sorry for you ladies. You need to decide if you want a poor man who feels insecure about his financial status and sexual prowess or a real man, prepared to earn whatever it takes for his family and also goes downstairs on queue and comes up smiling like the cat who's got the cream.

So to those who say money is not important, get a fucking life and stop living in cuckoo land. The future of your children depend on you making in-roads for them. How are you to do that on ₤30,000 a year is beyond me. If you're still in doubt go and get the latest 50 Cent/G Unit album (bootleg download of course) and tell me you don't just love Fiddy when he chat's about being on a paper-chase. Ostrich or Leader

One of the purposes of this blog was to allow me to learn to write and express what I think in a more conductive manner. It offers a greater avenue to spread my thoughts, and that's all they are, my thoughts and ideas. The number of comments I recieve via email leads me to think that people out there want to hear and read more of what I say and I am more than obliged to continue in this manner and style of writing.

The recent events involving Harbjhan Singh and his actions lead me to pen this blog. From the time I read Malcolm X's autobiography, I realised there can only be two types of black man in this world. You are either a ostrich or a leader in the manner of previous matyr's like Malcolm, Che and Patrice Lumumba or even going back to Nat Turner and Marcus Garvey. I purposefully left Martin Luther King out of this equation because when you have to follow a single idealogy or path, you cannot follow both Malcolm and Martin.

Malcolm defined people into two categories. There are those who are ostrich and those who make changes. You can only be one person and in time you will be judged whether you are an ostrich or a leader. If you have been reading this blog throughout, you can tell I detest ostriches and everything about them. I detest their fake humanity and weakness. I detest their lack of leadership and see this as as a critical axis, with the lack of discipline especially within black communities, to the degree our children are being murdered at the rate of one a month and yet we have so-called leaders attempting to organise, nuture and implement programs to counter the endless and forever increasing crime rate. Ostriches can only guide you into the ground and teach you to run fast. For those in the know, it is also a nice delicacy, but that's about it. They cannot lead, show nor recognise leadership attributes. It's like asking Pete Dochety to not get arrested this month or for Britney Spears to wear knickers at her next awards visit.

An ostrich is someone in position to make a difference and yet fails to grasp that baton. We are all faced with obsticles we either do not like of find difficult. That is what life is. It's a journey whereby knowledge, discipline and strength all play an important part in over-coming life's trials and tribulations. Of course life and its pursuit of happyness is not as easy to find as Will Smith, but the same could be said when learning to drive, buying your first home, having your first child, first fetish adult-nappy party etc.. The reason why black people have to choose, and especially people in power have to lead correctly, is because our people are not free and until that stage we all have a duty to enhance our social and economic status, diminish all forms of racism where applicable and open doors to fellow blacks to shine, not in a grandalocious manner, through clothes and jewellerey but in raising our standard's in the fields of commerce, media and business.

It's easy to bury your head in the sand when you have jaffa cakes in the cupboard, but at all times, remember those children who do not or have not seen a biscuit for more than a year. Remember they're are Iraqi women and children dying uneccessary in an unjust war. People in Kenya dying at the hands of corrupt officials, just because they want to see some of the freedom we take for granted. You are judged by how you treat the lesser man not by your riches. And your true colours will shine through when God tests you.
